Aerogel Insulation Felts

Using special nanotechnology, It combines a silica aerogel with reinforcing fibers to deliver very low thermal conductivity, low density and good flexibility in an environmentally safe product. It provides excellent properties of waterproof, sound absorption and shock absorption. It is an alternative to the common, environment unfriendly, inferior insulation products, such as PU, asbestos insulation felt, silicate fibers, etc.

(1).Superior Thermal Performance

The maximum use temperature is 1000,Its thermal conductivity is 1/3~1/5 of common insulators, helping reduce heat loss and optimizing space utility.

Q:What are the differences between glass wool and rock wool in terms of thermal insulation?
If the temperature is higher than 300 degrees, the rock wool boards are better. The operation life of glass wool at high temperature is short, and the price of which is higher than that of rock wool. Galvanized board can be used as protective layer for its long operation life but it rusts easily and is not so beautiful. The aluminium plate has a short operation life and it damages and deforms easily.
Q:What properties does glass wool felt have?
It is a felty material which is produced by applying adhesive on glass wool and then being cured by heating. Glass wool felt has a lighter volume-weight than board with good resilience and cost performancefelt. It can be cut freely based on needs, which makes it easy for construction. Glass wool felt is a formed coiled material aiming to meet the needs of large-scale paving work. It palys a role of thermal insulation, reducing noise pollution and improving common environment. Common glass wool is mainly used as thermal insualtion for interior architecture, refrigeration equipment and vehicles as well as shock absorption, sound insulation, noise control and more for household appliances. Q:What are the requirements for filling the glass wool insulation materials?

Q:Glass core material of ultra-fine glass wool
Ultra-fine glass wool is made from silicon powder through pressing and vacuumizing. So there is a big risk. Once the vacuum leak, powder in the package will fall, causing the package swell. The swell will cause a series of problems in the external walls. STP board with ultra-fine glass wool as core material have the above problems and air leakage risk. But it has little effect on project quality. We have compared these two materials. The product packaging is the same and the main difference is the inner core. Product with ultra-fine glass wool as core material has low heat conductivity coefficient, good thermal insulation effect, while product with silicon powder as core material is not as good as the former and cheaper.
Q:What are the advantages of Rock wool and import glass wool respectively?
Rock wool has a high burning point, and a good hydrophobic performance after adding hydrophobic agents. The diameter of import glass wool fiber is about 5 microns. The degradosome of which has no harm, besides veneering is relatively strong which can be 1.8 meters. And it provides additional support to heat bridge system.

Low density than glass wool rock wool, low shot content, low thermal conductivity, long service life, high tenacity fiber, rock wool, but the maximum use of high temperature up to about 600 degrees Celsius, the glass wool is only about 260 degrees Celsius. Glass wool and rock wool insulation board insulation board product differ in their application . The former one is used in areas where the temperature is below 200 degrees Celsius, such as general buildings and low-temperature pipes while the latter one is used in areas where the temperature is 500 degree Celsius, such as high temperature thermal pipe or eletrical equipments insualtion.
