- i agree with rob.. this has to be a combustion air problem. your attic fan is pumping air out of the house. that air has to come from somewhere, otherwise your house would be a giant vacuum. the attic fan is starving for air and its pulling it from the place with the least resistance, seems that would be the water heater flue.

- Definitely get the variable speed blower. Not sure about Westinghouse since I've put in mostly Carrier/Bryant but Westinghouse may have the same control available. I use a thermidistat, a combination thermostst and humidity control that controls fan speed for optimum comfort and efficiency. In the summer if the humidity is higher than setpoint, the fan will slow down, making the evaporator even colder, which in turn wrings more moisture from the air. In the winter, the fan will vary according to load, outside temperature, and humidity (if you have a humidifier). These fan/control combinations work great. See if your dealer has this type of control. The only downfall to a variable speed fan is when the motor eventually fails, they are about $400 dealer cost. I've put in tons of them though and haven't had any failures. Also, make sure they have a 5 year warranty on all the furnace parts (except for heat exchanger, which will have a 15-20 year warranty)

- They don't really make modern car or truck tires that size. You could certainly buy a farm immplement tire in that size. You can also buy antique reproduction tires in that size. A wider 16 tire would fit if that's all you care about, so you could just ask at a tire store what's the skinniest 16 tire you have. Nothing wrong with that approach.

- Check your radiator water level. You might need to top it off. The line going into the fire wall from off the water pump should be hotter than the line coming back out, since the little heater radiator (aka heater core) will cool the hot water down a little as it is working. If your getting intermittent operation, you may have a blockage in the heater core or more likely you have a low radiator level in your cars main radiator.

- NO. Try riding naked instead- or just bare minimum clothing to keep police away from charging 'lewd act' . Motorcycle safety gear does come in handy when riding motorcycle though- pedal bicycle not so much- and if you have a actual motorcycle and actually ride it you might have a different attitude toward wearing leather jackets, helmets, gloves, boots. In your case-skip pants completely so when you fall off road rash from waist down will be object lesson for other new riders. - Ours beeps every 3 or 4 minutes when the battery is getting low. Pull it down and see if its one you can buy for much cheaper than your apartment offers, or just settle and call them. We couldnt afford the charge, so we actually took it down from the ceiling and left it in the car for a month lol not the best plan, but it saved our sanity.
