Q:I have a smoke detector in the lobby of my building that has been beeping because of a dead battery for about two months. I've called the office on numerous occasions and nothing ever gets done about it. Yesterday, the other one in the lobby started to go off as well. Can I hire someone to change the battery and make the complex foot the bill? I would change it myself but it's not in a place where I can reach it without a really really tall ladder.

Using WD40 is something hardly anybody does.(they should though) Water Displacement40. So it gets rid of water. water freezes. WD40 is also a lubricant which all key locks need every once in a while. That even goes for the house doors. Your locks are buggered now. This will make it function like a brand new car. The parts that make up a door lock are metal and metal rusts. When you take a lock to the locksmith, the first thing he uses is WD40..then charges you 20 bucks. Give it a short squirt. And then do all the other locks (including the ignition)

Q:I needed to do a system restore on my pc. When I began the system restore it prompted me to either do a complete restore or one that creates a backup of what is on the computer. I chose the one that did the backup so that I could keep all of my important files. Now that i have my computer restored, I cant access the most important file that I need which is the Documents and Settings folder. Before I did a restore, this section of my computer had a password on it and when I try to open the folder it tells me access is deniedPLEASE HELP!!!

Unfortunately alcohol effects your judgement. I've seen some similar situations. Usually really intoxicated people. One guy drove really drunk for about 100 miles with no crashes and no encounters with police. He gets almost home and plows into a college building (at the college he is attending).
