Application of Fiberglass Fly Screening

The fiberglass insect screen mesh is chiefly used in the home or busines building for insect preventing purpose as window screen, door screen, retractable window & door screen, porch screen, mosquito screen, etc. But you may also find it creatively used in pastures, orchards and gardens and construction.

 

18x16 Fiberglass Fly Screening is used primarily for aluminum window screen and aluminum screen doors. It uses  11" diameter threads with 18 threads per inch vertically and 16threads per inch horizontally. Openness 59%, light transmission 69%. We use a pvc coated fiberglass, charcoal in colour this allows for the best vision through your window, coloured mesh obstructs the view.

 

18x14 Fiberglass Fly Screening is a stronger mesh using a .13"thread in an 18x14 weave, 45% opennes, and is  recommended for larger openings such as porches, pools and patios or where added strength is desirable.

 

20x20 Fiberglass Fly Screening is a tiny mesh that offers the ultimate in insect protection and recommended for "No-See-Ems" and other very tiny bugs.

Q:How to straighten the glass fiber gridding cloth?
It is not recommended to trowel with mortar plastering. The softness of product can be controlled. However, the gridding is not easy to control with good positioning. The lower the hardness is, the worse positioning is. The hardness of product is related to the raw material. Therefore, the hardness should be proper. On the basis of good positioning, the Jingguo products should be coated with emulsion. The hardness may also affect the overall effect of the thermal insulation and construction. But when coating the emulsion, the wire will move with big tension. The products with different hardness have different positioning. When troweling with mortar, the product may be positioned. The hardness is also related to the glue coated on the surface. The hardness is controversial to the positioning.
Q:What is the advantage of fiberglass mesh in construction?

Q:What is the packet processing method of external wall thermal insulation mesh?
1. Before pasting polystyrene board, insulation layer on the cut-off portion should do a flanging mesh, the flanging parts spread on 70mm wide and 2mm thick polymer mortar, and quickly press an edge of 70mm mesh into polymer binding mortal with steel until gushy polymer binding mortal covers the mesh without leakage. 2. The remaining part is of packed for standby application, the length of throwing parts bypassing the end plate of the exposed surface is not less than 100mm, the pasted mesh should take flip or cover and product protection measures.

Because the first layer is exposed to the human activities and thus the insulation system may be damaged, therefore, the first layer or double layers of alkali resistant glass fiber gridding cloth for external wall insulation are often thickened for enhancing shock resistance of external insulation system. And two layer of more are not exposed to human, so single layered gridding cloth is ok.
Q:Is it first posted mesh or putty?
In fact, concrete walls can directly whitewashing, it is not easy to crack because of the integrity of the wall, it can do not stick mesh. This shinkage is only occured in the filling wall through plastering, and now there flexible putty to do whitewash, and then stick mesh (mesh can fitst also be sticked), thus the crack will be reduced.
