Q:A mobile phone company sent me a bill of a contract phone without discussing that contract with me or even discussing the price plan with me and wreorst of all not even sendind me a phone.I refused to pay the bill after contacting them. They explained they ASSUMED i will like it because they had contacted me on phone to discuss the contract and unfortunately i was busy and promised to contact them and i did not.I think that it is the customer who should decide on a price plan or whether he/she wants the contract. My problem is that i have been taken to a debt collector and i was threatened by them to idea pay it or have a bad credit history.I paid immediately and yet still they went ahead and took the decision to give me a bad credit rating. What should i do?
Gather up all the information you have: e.g. dates and amounts, and any paperwork the mobile 'phone company sent you, and find a lawyer. If you were an Australian, I'd say, go to legal aid: I don't know if that is an option where you are. There are also financial advisors attached to some charities, normally they help people to work out how to handle seemingly overwhelming debts, but I think they would also consider taking your case on. Do you have a department of consumer affairs where you live? They also might be very interested to hear what this mob of daylight robbers has done to you. Depending upon the laws where you live, it may be possible to prosecute these people for obtaining money fraudulently. I hope it is. Good luck.
Q:I'd love to use T-Mobile's flexpay monthly plan, sounds like a wonderful deal. Unfortunately the phones compatible with T-Mobile are ridiculously expensive. I don't need a phone that can GPS navigate me, play music, or surf the web. Why do you think I have a stereo and a computer? Those features would be nice, but they're just a luxury. All I really want is a functional phone that has T-Mobile as a carrier. So what is the cheapest T-Mobile carrier phone?
The cheapest phone. Well that depends on where you go to get your service. Some places will give away free phones on Flex Pay month to month. I would just start calling around to some of your local stores. You can also contact your local T-Mobile store to see what deals they have on phones. What phone you can get really depends on how much they paid for the phone in the first place. So that is a difficult question, and it varies. Look in your local newspaper or pennysaver or just drive down a main road and start asking stores ( small shops sometimes give better deals)!!
Q:I I have T-mobile and I am looking for a new phone. Does anyone have any suggestions????
I have a Sidekick 3 but my mother has the BlackBerry Pearl Which has: Email myFaves Camera Web Browsing Music Player and so much more!!! Unless you text alot get the Sidekick 3, it's also myFaves but I still haven't gotten the update lol Good luck my friend
Q:I'm a T-Mobile customer. Is it possible to unlock a new phone that I don't want to EVER use on my T-Mobile account fr free?Basically I bought a new phone without a contract and want to unlock it to give to a friend.
If you have a T-Mobile account call them from a different phone tell them you need to unlock a phone. They will help you and walk you through it for FREE!!!! Never pay for what you can do for free and always use your phone company. Don't tell anything more what you need too. If they ask why tell they your going on vacation and want use your own phone.
Q:If computers has operating system, does mobile phones have one?
Yes, mobiles have OS, like nokia has symbian OS.
Q:I recently got a t-mobile samsung t509 phone. I unlocked it to use it for cingular. I am wondering if there is a way to change the t-zone and internet settings to cingular settings.
Nope. Sorry to tell you that T-Mobile has made their phones to have the T-zone dafault in there. You cannot change it. I have tried it with some of my Samsung Tmobile phones. Its imposible. The only way out of this is re-flash the phone with the samsung firmaware not Samsung -tmobile firmware.
Q:I am getting a plan with boost mobile soon. I was looking for boost mobile phones on OKorder but I couldn't find one that I like. So I wanted to ask: Which phone should I get?*I like to text*I want something cute*I don't want it to be to old.So what do you recommend?
I have Boost Mobile and I purchased the Motorola i335 and am very unhappy with it. It's terrible for text and has a short battery charge. The small display on my phone is very scratched already with just normal use. I tried to return the phone in the first week after I purchased it with no luck. I have the 50. Unlimited plan and added 10. for unlimited international text. No one else I've found offers unlimited international text. Boost has the best plan I've found but poor service quality and the Motorola i335 is not a good phone. I know this does'nt answer your question but may be helpful.
Q:I have an old crap phone and I want a new phone on contract.I'm not really bothered on minutes but I would like unlimited texts and some sort of internet.I would want it to be ?10 a month or under.I've seen places like Mobile .uk which offer 13 months free line rental but I've read reviews and it doesn't seem great. I would like a BlackBerry Curve 5820 or something cool like that.Anyone seen any deals or should I just try haggling on the phone?

Q:a friend of mine said he called t mobile and simply talked them into sending him a free phone. he says they care more about u cutting off the service than the products themselves. is this true? if so what would u say? serious replies only - i'm sick of the t mobile mda
it was really free? i doubt that.
