1.Structure of Calcined Bauxite Description

FC Bauxite and Sic Base Water-Free Originated in China

Bauxite (aluminous soil; Bauxite) is also called the alumina or bauxite, main ingredients are alumina, hydrated alumina containing impurities, is an earthy mineral. White or gray, brown and yellow or light red by iron.

2.Main Features of the Calcined Bauxite

Calcined bauxite is one of the principal ore of aluminum. Calcined bauxite contains hydrous aluminum oxides and aluminum

hydroxides, formed through the laterization of aluminous rocks in tropical and subtropical areas .Calcined bauxite is obtained by calcining (heating)superior grade bauxite at high temperature (from 85OC to 1600C) .This removes moisture there. By increasing the alumina content, compared to an alumina content of about 57%to 58% in raw bauxite, calcined bauxite has an alumina content of 84%to88%.The heating is carried out in rotary kilns.

3.Main usage of the Calcined Bauxite

FC Bauxite and Sic Base Water-Free Originated in China

(1) aluminium industry. Used in national defense, aerospace, automotive, electronics, chemical industry, daily necessities, etc.
(2) precision casting. Alumina clinker made after the mould precision casting processed into fine powder. Used in military industry, aerospace, communications, instrumentation, machinery and medical equipment department.
(3) is used for refractory products. High bauxite clinker refractoriness is as high as 1780, chemical stability strong, and good physical properties.
(4) aluminum silicate refractory fiber. With light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, heat capacity is small and the advantages of resistance to mechanical shock. Used in iron and steel, nonferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical, aerospace, atomic energy, defense and other industries.

Q:What are the common refractory insulation cotton material?
I know less about this, I hope the following will help: Fire resistant thermal insulation material mainly refers to inorganic thermal insulation material and compround thermal insulation material. According to the shape can be divided into: Fibrous finishes, slag wool, rock wool, glass wool, aluminum silicate cotton. ceramic fiber, micro pile of diatomite, calcium silicate, expanded perlite, expanded vermiculite, aerated concrete etc., foam like bubble glass, volcanic ash glass, foam clay, foaming concrete, paste powder polystyrene particles insulation slurry
Q:How many grades of fire rating are there for interior decoration materials?
It can be divided into construction classification and fire resistance rating. Fire prevention for buildings. Fire prevention measures should be taken in the architectural design to prevent fires and reduce fire hazards to life and property. Building fire protection includes two aspects: fire prevention before fire disaster and measures in fire disaster, among which the former is mainly to confirm the fire resistant rating and fire-resistant structure.
Q:What's the A class fireproof and thermal inuslation matertial for external wall?
First, external wall thermal insulation material: 1. silicate insulation material; 2. glue powder polyphenyl granule; 3. cement cystosepiment with the use of steel wire gauze (polystyrere); 4. extruded sheet; Second, roofing materials: 1. xps extruded sheet; 2. EPS foam board; 3. perlite and perlite brick; 4. vermiculite and vermiculite brick; Third, materials for heating power and air conditioners: polyurethane, rubberplastic sponge, polyethylene, polystyrene foam, glass wool, rock wool; Fourth, steel structure material: polystyrene, extruded board, polyurethane board, glass cotton lap felt, etc.
Q:Using what kind of melting aluminium furnace refractories is more appropriate?
If it's the ordinary, you can use high aluminum refractory brick with general clay, GB/T 3994-2005 clay heat insulation refractory brick. If you need these with good material, there is high alumina thermal insulation refractory brick, GB/T 3995-2006 high aluminum heat insulation refractory brick, models have A13 and material is the alumina, A13 50 u, high insulating brick B5.Intermediate insulating brick B2, etc. Dolomite brick: good hang kiln performance, good erosion resistance, but brick is usually without f - CaO, hydration, and difficult to transport and storage, less used in the production. Magnesia-chrome bricks: good hang kiln, used in calcining zone. The disadvantage is that its thermal shock resistance is poor and plus hexavalent Cr is toxic, the production and use of magnesite chrome bricks in international countries gradually reduce. Now unit using the brick find replacements as soon as possible.
Q:How to distinguish between class A fire resistant door and class B fire resistant door from appearance ? What are the differences between the two refractories? Thank you !
It is difficult to distinguish from appearance. Their fire endurance are also different. The filling refractories of grade A and Grade B fire resistance steel doors are all perlite. The only difference lies in the filler compaction density.
Q:How to apply the alumina powder on refractories?
The most common one in use is the refractory bricks.
Q:How long is the duration of fire resistance of autoclaved flyash-lime bricks?
The fly ash effect will continue to play a role in a considerable period of time, so the long-term strength keeps strengthening, the average age of 90 days of strength will grow 80%-100% more than the 28 days.
Q:How to use fireclay?
Mix refractory cement (ie aluminate cement CA50) with some refractory aggregate (bauxite, slag from flint clay) and powder (ie, crushed aggregate). Add some water to the mixture and stir, and it can be used. The clinker can be refractory powder.
Q:Preparation of refractory clay
Is it to make refractories? Add some andalusite to the refractory mortar will improve the effect.
Q:What do refractory materials include?
What refractories are included? Refractories include AZS brick, corundum brick, direct-bonded magnesia-chrome, carborundum brick, silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick, non-oxide refractory materials such as nitride, silicides, sulfides, borides and carbides, oxidation calcium, chromium oxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide and beryllium oxide.
