- Q:so he is 18 months old and recently got a toddler bed... the first night went well put him in bed shut his door and he got out was at door for a few minutes then got back in bed... but now he is getting out of his bed with his blanket and sleeping right in front of his door... which is a problem because when we go to bed we always open his door open and check on him...now its really hard to get the door even open.. then carefully move him to his bed I def dont want him sleeping on the floor...suggestions please? He has always been good about going to bed he would go get his blanket we would kiss him goodnight an put him in bed he would talk for a lil bit and go right to sleep..... FYI he seems to really like the new bed its the step2 fire truck one..
- You should try tucking him in and giving him his favorite toy and reading him to sleep.Tell him that his new bed is cool and its a big boy bed.Encourage him and make him feel safe.Stay with him for a little while.Good Luck3

- He meant, most bed for his buck, as in $$. I say Temperpedic all the way...I have one now and it is the BEST bed (and sleep) I have *ever* had! I've tried sleep number, water beds, water 'chamber' beds and numerous spring mattresses over the years, and nothing compares to the Temperpedic!

- I stay away from Aspen due to possible mite and ingestion problems. I guess they say you can freeze it though. I used coconut eco earth but when the ball got in the water it clung all over him. I tried newspaper with an UT heater but it was too hot, I kept adding paper but it was still too how. But with an over the tank heat day bulb that would not be a problem. But before I used the over the tank bulb and had the under tank pad I went to the zilla terrarium liner. I really like it, I have 2, one to clean and one to put in the terrarium. I like it with the over and under heat sources.

- You need to do something FAST! I have had experience in killing bed bugs in homes lived in by foreign exchange students. Start with the standard wash everything in HOT water and a HOT drier. Bag it in trash bags after you wash it, then go through the whole house board by board, window sill by window sill, chair by chair, with a carpet steamer. The heat from the steamer will kill the bugs. PESTICIDE does NOT kill them any more, except for direct contact. The bedbugs have developed an immunity to pesticides. Heat kills them. Also, (I haven't tried this) I just heard that dry ice freezes them dead and their eggs also. That might be worth doing some on line reading about. Use the steamer every couple of weeks 3 or 4 times you should be O.K.. Use it more than once because of new eggs hatching. Just in case the heat missed them the first time.

- You can put the mattress directly on the floor and use it directly. But in this case, the mattress is very bad, will reduce the service life of the mattress, directly to the ground to use the mattress thickness should be slightly thicker, otherwise the moisture on the ground is very bad for the body.
- Q:why do some tanning beds have facial lamps? how are they different than other beds without them? are they better for your skin?
- i work at a tanning salon we have some beds that are just the regular standard 20 minute beds without face tanners [facial lamps] and we also have beds with the face tanners. Face tanners are a different type of bulb, Bulbs designed specifically for UVA light (which is a bronzing light) -- so people who's face tends to be more sentensitive/tends to burn easier, should go in beds WITH face tanners. In other words: When i tan, i will remove my make up i will apply a product called Amazing Face - which contains an SPF of 4 == then i will go into a bed withOUT face tanners.... --but if i remove my make up do NOT put on any sort of facial protector/spf ... then i will go into a bed WITH a face tanner to help protect but brozne my face so there is definitely a difference between the two. hope this helps!
