Product Description:

Extrusion AZ31 Magnesium Alloy Anodes Mg Alloy Extrusion for Water Heater

1. Specification:

Magnesium Alloy Ingot with a small specific gravity, high intensity , high wear-resisting performance, has some of the corrosion resistance and resistance to radiation performance, good chemical stability against the alkali, mineral , excellent weldability and workability.
Advantage of Magnesium Alloy Ingot
Compared with aluminum and aluminum alloy, the Magnesium Alloy Ingot can take more impact load ability and has so many other superior performance. Magnesium alloy has the good electromagnetic shielding ability, so it is applied in the aerospace, automotive, chemical, electronic and other military industrial and civil industry;

We are capable of manufacturing all kinds of extruded sacrificial anodes of magnesium and aluminum alloys upon customer's requirements. Compared with casting magnesium rod, is capable of producing all kinds of extruded magnesium and aluminum alloy sacrificial anode upon customer's requirement. Compared with cast magnesium rods, extruded magnesium rod has a better machining accuracy and a finer surface finish, and provides the most effective protection for the product it is installed in.

2. Application:

Being an important type of sacrificial anodes of magnesium alloys, extruded sacrificial anodes of magnesium are mainly applied in water heaters, heat exchangers, evaporimeters, boilers and other equipment. They soften water, remove dirt and therefore extend the service life of machines.

5. What is Magnesium Alloys?

Magnesium alloys are mixtures of magnesium with other metals (called an alloy), often aluminum, zinc, manganese, silicon, copper, rare earths and zirconium. Magnesium is the lightest structural metal. Magnesium alloys have a hexagonal lattice structure, which affects the fundamental properties of these alloys. Plastic deformation of the hexagonal lattice is more complicated than in cubic latticed metals like aluminium, copper and steel; therefore, magnesium alloys are typically used as cast alloys, but research of wrought alloys has been more extensive since 2003. Cast magnesium alloys are used for many components of modern automobiles, and magnesium block engines have been used in some high-performance vehicles; die-cast magnesium is also used for camera bodies and components in lenses.

Q:Metal Gear??? Otocon & Rex?
Extracting a metal from a metal oxide IS reduction. Why? When it's part of an oxide, the metal has a charge (a metal oxide is an ionic compound). For instance, in MgO, Mg has a +2 charge and O has a -2 charge. In Al2O3, Al has a +3 charge and O is again -2. When the metal is extracted, it has NO charge. So if you extract Mg from MgO, Mg goes from a +2 charge to a 0 charge by gaining electrons ... that's reduction. At the same time, oxygen goes from a -2 to a 0 (the element O2 is formed) by giving up 2 electrons ... that's oxidation. In removing Al from Al2O3, Al goes from a +3 charge to a 0 charge. Again, that's reduction. Oxygen is again oxidized.
Q:Metal, eh?
I saw them while they were with Sounds Of The Underground tour and they sounded more metal to me.
Q:Help! Please I need a quick metal fact!!?
I like some songs from the following (melodeath I think?): Amon Amarth Amorphis Arch Enemy Eternal Tears of Sorrow Insomnium Norther
Q:What is the most Expensive metals?
So you're looking for deathcore? I'd suggest All Shall Perish, Make Them Suffer, Winds of Plague, Thy Art is Murder, and The Faceless (they are a tech death band with noticeable deathcore influence).
Q:Metal or not???
My favorite type of metal is straight-up no frills heavy metal like Manilla Road, Overlorde, Ironsword, or Twisted Tower Dire. I also like black metal (especially the atmospheric/ambient kind) and doom metal when I'm more 'relaxed' and I like death metal when I'm feeling energetic. I usually listen to death metal before a race or when I'm lifting weights. Basically, I like them all for different reasons.
Q:When metal reacts with water ...?
Silver metal is added to hot water or exposed to steam No reaction Zinc metal is added to hot water or exposed to steam Yes produces zinc oxide and hydrogen Chromium metal is added to hydrochloric acid Yes, produces chromium chloride and hydrogen Lead metal is added to cold water No reaction Mercury metal is added to hydrochloric acid No reaction
Q:Christian Metal?
Nope, only on PS3 and will probably always be on PS3. (weird that the main character in the Metal Gear games was in a Nintendo exclusive game though [brawl])
Q:lamb of god is [blank] metal?
I listen to metal. but to be honest, most ov the metal I listento is Black Metal and then Death Metal. another thing is, what's the real question? you're asking a question that REALLY has no best answer. Who Listens to Metal? I do, so do I get 10 points? Perhaps you want me to name a few bands, but then that's unfair because then you'll choose the guy that mentions YOUR favorite bands.... This isn't a question that you really need to know... if 200 people listen to metal and tell you so, what makes one persons answer better than the other 199? But yes. I listen to Metal. like I said. Mostly Black And Death Metal, and then some older metal.
Q:How would you place these metal sub genres in order from lightest to heaviest?
Black metal is one of the true subgenres of metal, if you will, and not a merged genre like prog metal and alt metal. It's very similar to death metal only it's characterized by shrieking and screaming vocals in contrast to the grunting and roaring used in death metal. It also uses a lot more guitar distortion than death metal but guitar solos are pretty uncommon in black metal. For some people, it's kinda hard to distinguish the difference in death and black metal but when you really compare the two, you see that there are similarites but it is easy to tell them apart. BQ: I don't care for either but I find death metal more tolerable.
Q:metals and non-metals?
metal rocks
