Q:Finger picking on Steel acoustic guitar?
First okorder.com/... In truth their are many, many players who finger pick acoustic guitars, once you get the hang of the various picking patterns it's not extremely difficult to do. There aren't really any specific strings that are required to finger pick. It will mostly come down to the players preference and the type of music they are doing. It is actually more difficult to finger pick an electric guitar since you have less room between the strings and the pickup so you will find that a lot of times you will hit the pickup with the metal finger pick which can be a bit disturbing but practice helps. Pat SImmons of the Doobie Brothers uses finger picks on a Gibson ES335 all the time.
Q:Is it harmful to cook on stainless steel?
Stainless steel is one of the safest things to cook on, because it doesn't release metal particles into your food.
Q:is magnetic steel hygenic to produce stainless steel utensils?
Magnetic steel rusts. That's why kitchenware is often made out of stainless. You can't turn magnetic steel into stainless, sorry. Metalurgy is a complicated subject, and is all about different alloys. It's far too involved to explain in a few paragraphs here, but no, they're not interchangeable in this case unless you want to produce kitchenware that rusts.
Q:what steel is best for a survival/utility knife?

Q:Which is stronger - sterling silver or stainless steel?
Advantages of sterling silver: * This metal is quite easy for jewelry-makers to work with; therefore, it is simpler for them to create more intricate types of pieces with sterling silver. * The tarnish that can develop on sterling silver is well-liked by some people. Disadvantages of sterling silver: * The aforementioned tarnish is not so well-liked by other people; some people dislike how sterling silver looks as it ages. * Because this material is so soft, it is susceptible to dings, dents, and scratches. Advantages of stainless steel: * Stainless steel pieces will not oxidize or tarnish at all. * Many people find it to be shinier than sterling silver because it offers great light reflection when it is polished to look like chrome. * Stainless steel can also be brushed to look like pewter, too. * Stainless steel is extremely durable and will resist dents, scratches, and chips better than most any other jewelry material. * The cost of stainless steel is quite affordable - much more so than jewelry pieces made from other materials. Disadvantages of stainless steel: * People may know that you have not spent a lot of money on a piece of jewelry (this may or may not be an issue for some jewelry wearers).
Q:Question for carbon steel ?
None. Mn is a trace impurity in all steels, if you look carefully enough. If you want to find a steel where Mn is not intentionally added, start looking at the alloy composition specifications, there are hundreds of steels. Why are you worried about Mn? Mn is typically added to steels for a very good reason.
Q:I want to make a stainless steel chess set and need help...?
stainless steel is really hard to work with and will be really expensive to pour as not too many foundries do that. As far as tools go, I know that for e.g.drilling stainless steel cobalt bits are best, but even they don't last for very long. If you use normal drill bits stainless steel will ruin them. So how much metal working skills do you have? I would suggest to use a material you have experience with. Or make a chess set from nuts and bolts. You can buy them from stainless steel and the assembly is easy. See links for a few examples and/or use google to find more.
Q:Why can aluminum and steel casings not be used for reloading?
This Site Might Help You. RE: Why can aluminum and steel casings not be used for reloading? I'm assuming that brass is flexible, expands and then bounces back to it's original shape. But if aluminum and steel expand and don't contract wouldn't they cause guns to jam more often for example?
Q:Are Black Steel and Black Iron the same?
Black steel is steel with a surface layer of dark coloured iron oxides used for low pressure hot water heating pipes. Black iron is iron without any finish on it, which is really gray-black in color. they may be the same as many people often confuse iron and steel. Since the steel is simply steel with a covering, it could describe any steel including your silver steel.
Q:Is it me or is everything steel in pro wrestling?
