Electrolytic Manganese Metal Flakes

Manganese is an important alloying agent. It is added to improve the strength, toughness, stiffness, hardness, wear resistance, and hardenability of steels. Together with aluminum and antimony, especially in the presence of copper, it forms highly ferromagnetic alloys. Manganese dioxide is used as a depolarizer in dry cells and as a decolorizing agent for glass that has been colored green due to iron impurities. The dioxide is also used in drying black paints and in the preparation of oxygen and chlorine. Manganese colors glass an amethyst color and is the coloring agent in natural amethyst. The permanganate is used as an oxidizing agent and is useful for qualitative analysis and in medicine. Manganese is an important trace element in nutrition, although exposure to the element is toxic in higher quantities.

Electrolytic manganese metal flake is with silver gray metallic luster, hard and crisp, melting point 1245, boilling point 1962, with strong oxidation-reduction capacity. Specific gravity is 7.2. In comparison with metal manganese made by elctric warming, the electrogenerated mental manganese is of higher purity, superior quality and wider application.

YB/T 051--93

Mainly used in steel-making, special steel-making, non-ferrous alloy (A-Mn alloy, Ti-Mn alloy, Mg-Mn alloy). It is also widely applied in chemical industry, electron undustry, medicine, aerospace, medicine. Also it is used in the high performance soft magnetization ferrite, high magnetic permeability ferrite, high saturated magnetic induction density low cost ferrite, high stable low cost ferrite.

Electrolytical manganese mainly used as an additive ,to increase the hardness , stiffness , and corrosion resistance  of metal alloy  applied to the field of steel smelting, non-ferrous alloy, Electronic Technology,chemical industry ,environmental protection ,space industry ,etc.

Q:What is nu metal?
Metals are not usually referred to as corrosive. Metals are corroded by air, water or other materials. In the sense of corrodability, I think the activity series of metals would be what you may be looking for. Metals at the top are most susceptible to corrosion while those at the bottom are the least. Cesium is near the top and reacts rapidly with air or moisture. Gold is near the bottom and is highly resistant to strong oxidizing agents like nitric acid.
Q:Can you guys recommend me some good starter black metal?
Heavy Metal is an umbrella term but usually refers to Black Sabbath. Thrash is speedy, usually aggresive, with complicated but skilled guitar work Metallica, Slayer, ect. other bands have been referred to as Thrash though, System of a Down, Motorhead and Judas Priest. Death Metal is compared to Thrash Metal quite often but isn't as similiar as some say it is, it's even faster, it's also ridiculously complicated, It usually uses growling instead of traditional singing. It focuses on violence, satanism (that's more of a Black Metal thing though) and mysticism. Bolt Thrower and Death. I don't really like this particular genre. Really I don't get the difference between Black Metal, Grindcore and Death Metal other then what their songs are about though I believe Grindcore grinds with it's guitars then using standard style riffs. Metalcore is a mix of any Metal genre and Hardcore. Avenged Sevenfold, All That Remains ect. Rapcore is a mix of Metalcore and rap. Hollywood Undead and I.C.P. Only one of these groups I like is Hollywood Undead. Nu-Metal started out as another metal genre, Korn (old stuff), Slipknot (old stuff), Disturbed (changed to a mix of nu-metal and thrash), System of a Down and Staind (also the old stuff.) ect. It became more of a mix genre when other bands were more of thrown under the nu-metal label (Limp Bizkit, P.O.D., Hoobastank). A good way to categorize it would be Old Nu-Metal (the 1st list of band with some additions) and Evolved Nu-Metal which uses a Metal base but branches off with influences of rap and pop. Then you have Alternative Metal, which is basically just like Hard Rock. Breaking Benjamin Three Days Grace ect. Then there is Doom Metal, in one phrase, downtuned guitar. Black Sabbath and it's immatators.
Q:What band most reflects metal?
Thrash Metal – Thrashers (Death Angel) Power Metal - Eagle Fly Free (Helloween) Black Metal - Unholy Black Metal (Dark Throne) Death Metal - Death Metal (Possessed) Heavy Metal – Painkiller (Judas Priest)
Q:How many metal gear solids are there?
physical metals are probably a better investment Say what? This has probably never been true in any 25 year period in the history of the world. Equity investments means you are putting capital to a productive use, mobilizing human capital to produce all the stuff that makes living fun and worthwhile. Owning precious metals does nothing productive. Because of that fundamental mismatch, owning precious metals is not a competitive way of earning money. Forget about the recent run-up of gold and silver fueled by Internet nonsense. This too shall pass. Equity investments are the way to build wealth, Always have been, always will be.
Q:What are some good Doom Metal Bands?
Q:Metal gear online?
Here be my favorite death metal bands, although only one or two of them are melodic: Gorguts, Atheist, Death, Necrophagist, Immolation, Opeth, Bloodbath, Pestilence, Morbid Angel, Obituary, Vader, Suffocation, Nile, Quo Vadis, Cryptopsy, Dismember, and Incantation.
Q:metal gear?
I am a big fan of the Twisted Metal games. Twisted Metal 3 and 4 were for the Playstation 1 also. I haven't played those games in years. But to me, Twisted Metal 3 was better than Twisted Metal 4 though and Twisted Metal 4 was probably the game that sucked. But it will be very hard to find Twisted Metal 3 and 4 because those games are pretty old. Twisted Metal Black for the PS2 was the best Twisted Metal game ever made. Twisted Metal Black has this dark, gritty and spooky atmosphere to the game that the other Twisted Metal games didn't really have and it's so realistic. The story mode in Twisted Metal Black is awesome too. I beat Twisted Metal Black with every character even the secret characters, and I think that there were like 5 secret characters. In Twisted Metal Black it's pretty unique how you unlock secret players. For instance, to unlock one secret vehicle in the game, you have to shoot down a jumbo jet that flys overhead around the level. Then you have to find where the airplane crashes and then drive inside of the plane to locate the secret vehicle. Oh yea, and one more thing SweetTooth in Twisted Metal Black is awesome. When you are about to use SweetTooths Special attack, his icecream truck transforms and his truck looks kinda like a robot on wheels and then when you use his Special attack, he shoots out tons of homing missiles out of 2 rocket launcher arm guns and then his truck transforms back down again once the attack is over. To talk about the realism of Twisted Metal Black, whenever you use a missile or any type of weapon, the missile will come out of the side of the vehicle and then when you shoot the missle, it goes back inside of the car to reload and then the newly reloaded missile will pop back out again until you shoot it. If you are a Twisted Metal fan, you must get Twisted Metel Black, it's the best in terms of gameplay and storylines.
Q:Does gorilla glue work pretty good on metal?
Non-metal...because it's in Group One along with all the alkali metals, BUT it doesn't share the chemical properties of the alkali metals at all. It's a gas. It's special case is shown graphically by placing H above the rest of the elements on the periodic table... in the clouds a bit as it were! Ironically, Group 1 is otherwise one of the classic groups for showing a shared and well-defined progressional trend in chemical properties.
Q:Metals vs. non metals photon emmission, in salts?
I don't fully understand your question. Manufactured metals? or are you referring to ore minerals? If you are referring to manufactured metals, iron tends not to rust so much - not just because it seldom rains but because the humidity (water vapour present in the atmosphere) is so low. Cars left abandoned in the desert will remain in a useable condition years later. If you are referring to ore minerals, you find similar minerals in the desert to what you find in places with wetter climates. Evaporites, especially gypsum halite, are frequently found in a desert environment but these are not metals. Sulphide minerals of copper, lead and zinc would tend not to oxidise and hydrolyse so much but that said, I have personally seen oxidised copper minerals in the Atacama desert which is one of the driest places on Earth.
