1,Hydraulic system provide perfect power and accurate control to ensure continuous digging operation.

Main components, such as pump, valve, are manufactured by international top brand enterprises.

There is an open hydraulic system with Tri pump & Tri circuits, controlled by load sensing system and limit power to ensure higher efficiency and productivity at the lower est hydraulic loss. Reasonable power distribution and double pumps with crossover power control system can reduce circulation time under multiaction operation and promote productivity.

Swing secondary pressure control for better starting and braking pressure so as to ensure fast and stable swing operation.

Hydraulic hose, connection: world famous brand with excellent performance ensure better reliability for operation in mine.

High efficiency features:

Starting with zero displacement with better starting load and starting performance

Technique with minimum flow control at neutral position for best energy saving and economical efficiency

Technique with pressure cut-off to provide better system protection

Control of constant power of single pump, limited power of three pumps for reasonable distribution of engine power

Confluence of three pumps for combined movements and increasing of operating efficiency

Logic valve control for automatic straight traveling, automatic release of swing brake

Confluence of two pumps for increasing operating efficiency

2,Power system(Unique power-driven technology in China)

Electromotor

Clean energy: zero-displacement, environmental friendly

Low cost: compare to diesel engine, the electromotor is more economical

Maintenance free: lower operating cost and easy maintenance

Separate hyd-oil cooler with better cooling effect and easy maintenance

3,Welding&casting structure for working attachment

Adopt international top brand cylinder seal for better sealing property

Working attachment pins are made of special wearresistant alloy, hardening and chroming treated for getting high strength and long circle life

4,Automatic central ludricating sestem

Top brand automatic central lubrication at setting time interval, for specified quantity and at all lubrication points. which results in saving of manual daily maintenance, reduced manpower and increased productivity

Q:I am working on a project for a class and I need a the new price of an excavator
i couldn't find a retailer, and Deere's website doesn't list prices, but I found an auctioneer site. Click on the link below for more information.
Q:How do I get my basement to stop flooding?
The first answer is pretty much on track. You need to dig around the outside of the whole foundation. You need to replace the existing tile around the foundation. If there is no tile, which is the case with older homes, you need to put tile in. After the tile is in place, cover it with gravel, the more gravel the better. The gravel lets water filter down to the tile. Now, I would have to see your problem to diagnose it correctly, but you may need block replaced, if you have a block foundation. after replacing block, plaster the outside with mortar. The next day, go ahead and tar the wall as well. This will water proof the outside and prevent water from penetrating through the porous block and mortar. Like I said, I would really have to see the house to make a correct assessment, but I hope I have helped.
Q:What's the difference between backhoe and backhoe?
What's the difference between backhoe and backhoe?:1 、 according to the difference between the excavation route and the transportation vehicle, there are two ways to dig and unload the soil: forward excavation, lateral unloading, forward excavation and reverse dumping2, the backhoe digging is "back down, forced soil cutting, the stress ratio of mining shovel can stop a small, excavation to three below the soil surface, suitable for the foundation pit, foundation ditch, trench excavation depth is less than 4m, but also for soil excavation, wet soil with high moisture and underground below the water level of the underground water level is high and the soil. The backhoe running way of ditch excavation and end side of the ditch excavation in two.Grab: digging characteristic is "straight up and down, cut the weight of soil, suitable for narrow and deep excavation pit mud or water, especially suitable for cutting under water, the soil is hard not grab construction.Pull shovel: the characteristics of excavation is "back down, self weight cut soil". Its excavation radius and excavation depth are larger, and it can dig the soil below the stopping surface. It should be used for excavation of large and deep foundation pit or underwater excavation.
Q:My husband and I want to build a house and we are not handy. Who would I need to hire and in what order would the projects need to be done? First, I assume we would have to dig out the basement and create the foundation. Then what? Please only answer if you have had experience building homes, don't just guess!
Last year I was where you are now - wanting to be my own GC. I quickly found that there is a lot to know to be a GC and if you go in with zero experience and no help you're in for a long miserable learning experience. I don't say that to discourage you - go for it. However, I found that in the name of getting the job done and getting the quality I wanted that I would need some help (more than YA could provide ;) I fortunately have a friend that's a GC and I talked him into holding my hand through the project. That made a world of difference. I really learned a lot and would feel confident in tacking one by myself now. You'll be shocked at all a GC does. There are permits, fees, codes, inspections, city/county/state regulations, scheduling, quoting materials, besides the obvious tasks of grading, forming, pouring, framing, etc. etc. If this is really your first time - go for it but get some help.
Q:So I got a new job and today was my first day. It was horrible, I got no training and it is a pretty dangerous job, it's installing sewer and drainage piping. I don't mind hard work, but I had no idea what to do and felt useless. My co workers are either assholes or idiots. My foreman is nice, but he hasn't trained me to do anything and expects me to figure everything out on my own.So I'm thinking of just not showing up tomorrow. I got a call about another job today and did not answer because it wasn't safe to do so at the time, but they left a message and asked me to call back, so I think I will tomorrow. Thoughts? Also I can't go in tomorrow and call about the other job because I'm always in a trench with excavators all around.
Just don't show up! Your life is worth more than a job, this job. Go for the other job! Your safety is all that should matter to you.

Q:My 10 year old cousin is asking me he is being curious help he's asking me all day and not a fan of transformer.
That would be Devestator. Formed by multiple robots; from Wikipedia: Scavenger, a red Terex OK RH 400 hydraulic mining excavator, closely resembling Demolishor. He forms the torso of Devastator, along with Overload. Hightower, transforms into a yellow Kobelco CK2500 crawler crane and forms the left arm. Long Haul, a green Caterpillar 773B dump truck, which forms the right leg. Mixmaster, who transforms into a black and silver Mack concrete mixer truck. He forms the head. Rampage, a yellow Caterpillar D9 bulldozer who forms the left leg. Scrapper, a yellow Caterpillar 992G scoop loader who forms the right arm. Overload, a red articulated dump truck that also forms Devastator's torso.
Q:Me and my husband are starting a equipment rental business (like bobcats, excavators, trenchers). We are trying to come up with a business name that sounds professional. Our last name is neal and we were thinking about incorporating that but would also like some other ideas. please help!!! thanks
Please edit your posting. Include your last name, the area you are in (State, County, Town, and any nickname of the above). Is your area historic for any reason? Is there a river nearby or other point of interest? Let us have more to go on. For example, in Lyons County there is the High Desert tourist area. If you were there, I could recommend LHD: Long, Hard, and Deep. Actually, for more professionalism, I would take Lyons High Desert and come up with other things that have the initials of LHD. But you have the idea now.
Q:I have a 2006 Ram 3500 dually, and I'm currently running the 5.9L 610 Cummins Diesel with a 48RE 4 speed automatic. I have a bully dog programmer, set on the lowest power level, an AFE stage 2 intake, ATS arc flow intake, and a 5 inch MBRP cat back exhaust. I'm now pretty much done upgrading the engine and I'm looking for some fairly easy upgrades to help my tranny handle this kind of power. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really don't pull all that much with the truck, mainly just using it on road tooling around town and going on an occasional road trip. Once in a while I'll tow around a skid loader or a mini-excavator on a gooseneck... Any suggestions other than use a quot;light footquot; will help, Thanks
I'm not sure if a shift kit would really be needed with an electronically controlled transmission, but it's still a good idea. Maybe a larger transmission cooler would help.
