If it is cheap enough, reasonably attractive and you market to college students it is possible.

Q:I cannot find the info on the OSHA website. Someone told me if an empty pallet is in any position other than lying flat on the floor, it is a $1000 fine. That sounds plausible but I cannot find any info anywhere on the internet about it. If you have an answer, please tell me WHERE I can find it, so I can have documented PROOF.

Properly loaded you can lift 4k, that's what it's rated for. I used to push 25k lb jet motors around with a 10k forklift, push yes, lift no.

Not enough information to suggest a solution. Are the items uniformly arranged? Are they easily moved by touching? There's a lot to consider here. You gave more information on the pallet than the items you're wanting to count. A mechanical solution would be the cheapest, usually. But, if the items have some property like having shiny lids, etc, then something else may be easier and cheaper like opto-electronics, Send me email if you have details. Err on the side of too much information if you want help.

Is it pine or hardwood? Like oak or cedar? Better luck with a hardwood although you should never use wood under the hood of your car. Unless there is a direct flame the wood will not catch.fire. ide recommend a pvc based piece of building material like azek or a composite plastic if you insist on fabricating your own mount.

They don't hurt too bad but no, they are not removable. If you get the same kind I did, you have a little key that you have to turn every night. But that doesn't hurt, it just makes your nose tickle. They're not painful at all.

The best bet may be to pull the pallets apart (if im thinking of the same kind) and then use the planks from that. There are probably lots of instructions online for building kennels.

I don't think there are any signs, but check into a level 2 ultrasound. When I was pregnant with my daughter we thought there may be something wrong with her. My doctor referred me to a specialist who gave me the L2 ultrasound and I could see everything from her brain to her bloodvessels, and by the way, she is fine.
