- Iron doesn't regulate periods. When you lose a lot of blood, you become anemic (not enough red blood cells) and iron is needed by your body to produce more. Getting dizzy and blacking out is a symptom of this.

I like the Cobra amp irons, or Mizuno irons, if you can afford them, or try Adams in the mid-price range, or Top Flite (at Dick's Sporting Goods or Golf Galaxy) at the lower price point.
