5.FAQ:
We have organized several common questions for our clients, may help you sincerely:
1.Q: Why would you choose ductile iron pipe fittings rather than other pipe fittings materials?
A:The reasons are obvious for that not only ductile iron pipe fittings possesses the inherent strength and flexibility of ductile iron, combined with proven corrosion protection systems, but also the cost savings can be achieved from design to installation and commissioning.
2.Q:Why can you guarantee the inner of pipes can’t be corroded?
A: High alumina cement mortar lining and sulphate-resistant cement mortar lining. These two special linings are applicable to inner anti-corrosion for sewage pipes fittings, improving resistance to erosion of the sewage components.

Q:Can anyone please define each of and differentiate between the following -- pig iron- cast iron- wrought iron- steelI have checked the books and the internet, but each new page just presents a whole new definition. I would be very grateful if you could help. Thanks!
i just learnt this last year but i forgotten some of them. For cast iron, there is a higher carbon content as well as silicon. The addition of silicon causes the carbon to diffuse out of the carbide to form graphite. Cast iron is generally brittle hence is usually casted into different shapes. Hence the name. For steel, the carbon content is lower. Steel is generally stronger and more ductile but also more expensive than cast iron. There are many different types of steel like alloy steel, high carbon steel, low carbon steel and stainless steel. For wrought iron, i can't exactly remember but i think that wrought iron has higher ductility and can be formed by forging pig iron i thought is crude form of iron. not sure though
Q:There is a bottle with kerosene, an aqueous solution of iron(III)chloride and sodiume chloride. How to remove the kerosene and iron(III) ions in it?I suggest to use precipitation of Fe so add some hydroxide into it. But how about the kerosene? Some hydroxide can react with kerosene too. The solution will finally change to all soluble except Fe(III)2OH. Then what to do?Or do any body get other good answers except to use hydroxide?
Lancenigo di Villorba (TV), Italy Uhmm.a very unusual experiment! Principally, let me get a picture to your Chemical System. In a vessel there are two liquid phases, e.g. Kerosene and an aqueous solution. As you know, they result clearly distinguished since THESE LIQUIDs CANNOT MIX : in the vessel, the lighter liquid (Kerosene) lies upperstanding the heavier one (aqueous solution). But.may I define these liquids? The Kerosene is defined as a hydrocarbon's mixture, e.g. a mixture of hydrocarbons showing CHEMICAL FORMULAE lying between C12-C17. On the other hand, the aqueous solution contains IRON(III) CHLORIDE and SODIUM CHLORIDE characterized by different Chemical Behaviours. ELECTROLYSIS? Can you apply it? Kerosene protects the aqueous phase, so it gets foil to the Electrode Surfaces which become unworthies. Otherwisedid some guy try ELECTROLYTICAL DEPOSITION OF ACTIVE METALs as Sodium and Iron? It results as a very hard experiment! KEROSENE REMOVAL As I wrote, there are two liquid phases which cannot mix. Simply, you will apply the SEPARATOR FUNNEL as a GLASSY LAB-TOOL which you will permit to retrieve the underlying AQUEOUS PHASE ; in a second time, the Kerosene may gets off. IRON(III) SALTs REMOVAL Instead Sodium Salt, IRON(III) CHLORIDE TENDS TO REACT AGAINST WATER ITSELF FeCl3 + H2O --- [FeOH++] + H+ + 3 Cl- [FeOH++] + 2 H2O --- Fe(OH)3 + 2 H+ As you see, the IRON's AQUO-COMPLEX [FeOH++] determines the formation of the red-brownish flakes which is Fe(OH)3. Thus, in order to get easy the overwritten chemical reactions you may ADD CHEMICAL REACTIVEs ABLE TO GIVE A STRONG pH's RISE (e.g. SODA, POTASH or ALKALIEs). This fashion permit you to remove IRON(III) SALTs as its own Hydroxide. I hope this helps you.
Q:What are some plant processes that involve iron? or how do plant cells use iron?
Plants use inorganic minerals for nutrition, whether grown in the field or in a container. Iron is one of the micro nutrients required by the plants. Iron is necessary for many enzyme functions and as a catalyst for the synthesis of chlorophyll. It is essential for the young growing parts of plants. Deficiencies are pale leaf color of young leaves followed by yellowing of leaves and large veins. Iron is lost by leaching and is held in the lower portions of the soil structure. Under conditions of high pH (alkaline) iron is rendered unavailable to plants. When soils are alkaline, iron may be abundant but unavailable. Applications of an acid nutrient formula containing iron chelates, held in soluble form, should correct the problem.
Q:Im looking at buying some new irons, i have a 16 handicap and i wanted some feedback on clevelands gold and red irons and also the hibore ironsat 16 handicap will it be a mistake to go with the red irons?
I have tried t he CG Gold irons. They are solid irons. I like Cleveland clubs. I do think the Mizuno MX-23s are easier to hit out of the rough. The CG Red is for better players. Many cleveland tour pros it. On the other hand, I think you are too good for the Hibore irons. It depends why you are a 16 handicap. If you are 16 because your ball striking is good but putting and short game, are poor you can consider the red irons. But if are a 16 because of poor ball striking, go with the gold. You can get the Gold Combo Set (3,4 iron is Hibore, 5-PW are CG Gold)
Q:What are some foods with iron?
I haven't seen a tube type tire in years, except for maybe bicycles and trucks. The tubed tires will go flat just the same as a tubeless in the case of a puncture. The only place I've seen tubed tires helpful is in very rough terrain where the seal of the rubber tire may be broken by running over an object like a large rock. On the tubeless when the seal breaks the tire goes flat.
Q:Connecting process of ductile iron pipe spigot and socket rubber ring
Rubber seal ring is formed by one or several parts of the cover, fixed in a ring or a washer bearing and another ring or gasket contact or the formation of the labyrinth of narrow gap, to prevent leakage of lubricating oil and foreign matter.
