- definitely don't use steam it would ruin your iron on transfer. if your iron is a steam iron sometimes there is a button on the top of the handle that you could push so that no steam comes out. also don't put any water in your iron because that wouldn't allow any steam. plug in your iron and turn the dial to a medium setting and let it heat up a little. when you go to iron on your transfer place the transfer on your fabric then put another piece of fabric over the transfer and iron in gentle strokes. absolutely do not leave the iron in one place for a long amount of time because it will burn the fabric just make sure to constantly be moving the iron up back and forth across the fabric until your transfer is transferred onto the fabric.

- Beef is great source of iron, I ate it regularly during my pregnancy because my iron level was always very low (however in range). Remember to eat foods rich in vitamin C at the same sittings as iron-rich foods as it will increase the absorption of iron. The other iron-rich foods are: sardines, baked potatoes with skin, spinach, kale, pumpkin seeds, beans and dried fruits. Also, to enhance the absorption of the iron in the suppplement, take it between meals with frut juice rich in vitamin C. Caffeinated beverages or high-calcium foods can interfere with iron absorption.
