Application:Wastewater treatment plant sewage and sludge pumping equipment. Municpial and industrial wastewater pumping

Feature:1. Dry pit construction is easily installed and maintained. There are vertical type and horizontal type to choose depending on installation space and piping layout.
2. Impeller is non-clog type, it makes sludge and sewage free to pass the flow passages. The impeller is dynamically balanced before assembly the pump.
3. Pump casing and suction elbow pipe both have handhole cover to clear the foreign objects. We can easily clear sludges and sewges without disassemble the other components, It is convient to be cared and maintained, and can prevent pump from being out of order.
4. Full closed ball bearings are added protection for high loads.
5. Shaft seal is mechanical seal. The material of mechanical seal is SiC

Q:Im replacing the water pump on my cougar but i ran into a snag. I got the pump unbolted but to take it off, i need to unbolt a bracket that goes behind the power steering pump pulley. I cant figure out how to get that pulley off to take off the bracket. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
it would have helped if you had given an engine size of the car the procedure is different for a v-8,and a v-6 engine,i cant answer this because i don't know an engine size,,good luck,i suggest you get a good repair manual its more informative ,and gives real good details also.
Q:Weap seal is starting to leak and getting some noise from the water pump. These cars are not as easy as a 1969 Camaro to change the water pump. Can you please give me some guidance? Thx in advance.
is replacing the water pump on a 2000 the same as a 2001 chrystler 300 m
Q:I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna and it has 80k+ miles on it. I guess it is the drive belt that is making the noise and I decide to have it changed. I can have the timing belt changed too because it is due at 90k miles. The dealer guy told me that I should also have the water pump changed too because of 2 reasons:1. the new timing belt will cause pressure to the old water pump. If not changed, it will leak in weeks.2. it is cheaper to do it altogether.Without changing the water pump, it would cost about $300.All would cost $1000+.My friend who also has a Sienna that has more miles on it, told me that he did not have to change the water pump.Your advice about the water pump is?

Q:How much should it cost to have the water pump replaced in a 1994 Dodge Ram truck?
50-80 bucks for a water pump + gasket. Thats all, unless you're wanting to take it to a shop or dealership. Then it'll be anywhere from 400-800 depending on the shop.
Q:To get at the timing belt on a Toyota 3.4L V6, does the water pump first need to be removed? If so, is there a way to tell how worn a water pump with 85,000 miles is? Like a loose bearing feel, etc?
If you are replacing the timing belt it is recommended you also replace the water pump. They have similar life spans and one has to be removed to replace the other.
Q:Had my car in to the shop this morning, it's a 2000 Ford Escort ZX2. The water pump and radiator need to be replaced, and they said they can do it for $380. Is this a reasonable price? Also, if I don't get them fixed right away, am I risking a lot of permanent damage to the engine?
Good chance you have a leaking head gasket. Try this, with the engine cold, remove the radiator cap, start the engine and let the car idle until it heats up. Look into the radiator, can you see large bubbles (like blowing slowly through a straw into a glass of water) or a foamy looking coolant in the radiator opening? You also need to see if there is oil in the radiator. Is the cooling system loosing coolant with no apparent external leaks? Does the car loose coolant , but never leave a puddle on the ground? A leaking head gasket is common on engine with aluminum heads and iron blocks, especially if the engine has been previously overheated. Some shops have a chemical test for combustion gasses in the radiator. It is also possible to use a system pressure test, where the entire system is pumped up to 15-20 PSI and then allowed to sit and see if the pressure drops. A quick drop in pressure indicates a leak. A pressure test can allow you to see where a leak originates, since the car is sitting and a leak will be very apparent.
Q:An engineer is given the job of designing the water system for a tall building. He decides to locate the pumps at ground level and feed the entire building from there. If the top floor of the building is 236 m above ground level, what must the pressure be at pump level?
you must use density*gravitational acceleration*height. density=1000kg/m^3 Gravity=9.8m/s^2 height=given=236 m 1000kg/m^3*9.8m/s^2*236m=2312800kg/(m*... = 2312800 Pa=2312.8Mpa hope this helps, looking at the units it all works out: N/m^2=kg*m/(s^2*m^2)=kg/(m*s^2)=Pa
Q:The coolant in my '92 Le Baron is leaking, so I may have to change or replace my water pump.., any ideas?
Check your hoses first, changing out a water pump on a LeBaron is time consuming. You don't say what engine is in place so I'm going to assume it is the 3.0 V-6. First go to your auto parts store and purchase a Haynes manual for your LeBaron for approximately $16.00, go to the appropriate engine section and read up on changing the water pump. You will find it is quite a job and may be more than you want to tackle, but the money spent first will tell you whether or not you want to attempt the job before you get halfway through it and decide it is not something you wish to complete. And there is plenty of info in the manual for other repairs, one repair made by you and the book has paid for itself.
Q:I was wondering if water pumps make any noise when they are submersed? Also, my pond is quite small and I don't want to scare my fish with a noisy pump. Thank you!
majority of the pond pumps you get to day are extreamly quiet and wont bother the fish or you at all
Q:I had to have my water pump replaced on my '95 Saturn because the car was leaking coolantFirst, why does the coolant leak with a bad water pump? Second, I paid $250 part and labor. Did I get screwed or is that pretty fair?
i doubt that your motor vehicle has 2 gasoline pumps yet till now you replace the pump have it examined first ! as nicely the pump it must be some thing else like the pump relay or the fuse ! no longer commencing ought to additionally be a clogged gasoline filter out ! getting back to the thermostat and water pump ! confident you are able to replace them in case you have the magnificent equipment and your robotically vulnerable !
