- No, actually it isn't the same. Regular Perm Press it hotter that Perm Press low. I also have the same issue. What I do is, put them on for about 5-10 min on Perm press, then 15-20 min on air. The heat from the regular Perm press stays in the dryer but doesn't keep getting hotter, and the then the air cools it off. Sometimes I go back and forth between the two until it is dried.

- Yes bench press will build your chest but many people don't know the importance of squats for accelerating progess. Squats have been proven to release the most testosterone which helps gain faster. - Bronzer is like a blush but it has a darker color and gives you a sun kissed glow. I like to use this in the winter because I like the effect it gives. You don't have to use it but it adds color to your face. Pressed powder foundation is a foundation that is in a compact. All cosmetic companies have this product, and it can be used by itself or on top of liquid foundation. Loose powder is pretty much the same but its a loose powder. You can use it alone or on top of a foundation. You don't need a loose powder or pressed powder but if you want a light coverage then I would use it. It is also a lot faster to apply than liquid foundation

- bench press is mainly the chest - trceps- front of your shoulder NOT bicep or forearms...thats why your having difficulties but its simple...do bench press along with other chest, tricep, and shoulder exercises and you will get your max rep up

- Q:When wondering if a guy is strong the other person will always ask how much the guy bench presses. But I can kick the crap out of people in football by popping and tackling them and even won a couple fights against people saying they can bench like a 150 pounds. I know they can do it though but I can only bench press 100 pounds like 2 times but am stronger than people who bench more than me. - Bench press doesn't mean as much as people say. People fail to take into account that the body adapts to certain movements, so you can bench a lot if you have really good form and practice. A guy who rarely benches will lift much less but may be in much better shape (which seems like that's your case).
