- A french press is measured in espresso-sized (2oz) shots. If you have a 12-16oz mug, a 8-cup press will be perfect. I use a 12-cup press since my mug is 20oz. You can always fill it with less coffee water, so getting a bigger pot isn't bad.

- Q:I applied to a for-profit university (Globe) and then cancelled the next day. After 2 weeks, they have not attempted to refund my application fee despite me leaving 2 messages. I was thinking I could threaten to give the press a story about my negative experience with them, like tell them I have connections with a paper or something (even though I don't). Is this legal? - Q:so which bench press will help give you the most strength in your chest? could you also tell me how to combo them in a workout, like flat to decline or decline to incline.
- Thers absolutely no right or wrong way to combo bench presses! actually the more you vary it the better! I guess the flat is the best for overall strength, but its good to mix it up and try different angles at which you put pressure on the pectorial muscle! This way you can keep track on prograssion in multiple ways! So just do whatever you want in which ever order, keep the body guessing! Also play around with the sets and reps im sure you can appreciate between buildin size and sterngth bit it good to vary it from now and again!
- Q:I recently started lifting heavier with much lower reps and hit the 400 pound bench press. I am looking to try for the 450 mark. I was curious as to what kind of Routines and styles people use/used that helped them reach goals. I am currently 5'8 and very lean at about 185lbs give or take about 5lbs. Eating is the hardest task for me because I lack a big appetite, however I try to eat 3 solid meals a day with a snack or 2 in between. Mainly Chicken and Rice. I am curious about length of workouts/exercises/routines/rep ranges/supplements. I use some cheap generic protein to cut down on costs along with Jack3d for my pre workout drink.
