                        End Suction Centrifugal Pump

1.Structure of End Suction Centrifugal Pump Description

End Suction Centrifugal Pump complies fully to the European Standard BS EN733 / DIN24255 of performance and dimensions. They are used for pumping clean water or liquids similar to water, achieving wide application on plants, mines, city water supplies, air-conditioning coolers, firefighting system and irrigation. Pumps of the same model have different performance levels basing on different diameter after impeller trimming. Overall the whole series, there are only four sizes of shaft and five of bearing housing. As long as their bearing housings are of the same size, different pumps can interchange chief parts such as shaft, shaft sleeve, shaft seal, impeller nut, etc.

End Suction Centrifugal Pump is also very easy to be installed and maintained. Back pull-out design, driven through flexible coupling, so that pump casing and motor can remain in position while other spare parts are removed.

Q:Hello,I have a Kia Spectra, 4 doors, automatic, 1.8, 2002, 64000 miles, and the alternator belt just broke. It seems that there is a chance that the water pump was lost on the process.I looked on line and to buy from the dealership, these pieces together would cost me around $70.What would it be a fair price for the service? (thinking that I was unlucky enough to lose the water pump? How do I know if my water pump is good and they are only changing it to make me spend more money???I am a girl (foreign student), and don't understand of car, or know any repair shop that could take care of that...Thanks!!!
You have either a bad belt tensioner or a bad bearing in the alternator. But my guess is the tensioner due to the fact the belt was placed on the alternator and the 1st mechanic made no mention of a bad bearing in the alternator. With the belts off right now, just open the hood and spin both the tensioner and the alternator. They should both spin freely with no resistance. If you find resistance, then you found the part that is breaking the belts. good luck....
Q:Im replacing the water pump on my cougar but i ran into a snag. I got the pump unbolted but to take it off, i need to unbolt a bracket that goes behind the power steering pump pulley. I cant figure out how to get that pulley off to take off the bracket. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
remove radiator, remove fan blade, you may have to move the a/c condenser and or compressor. and move the alternator out of the way. scrape gasket off engine block. glue new gasket to water pump and install in reverse. be sure not to over tighten the bolts.
Q:We've changed the hoses, and thermostat for the radiator. It still leaks coolant but we can't find out where it's leaking from.
This Site Might Help You. RE: where's the coolant water pump located on a 1999 Honda accord? We've changed the hoses, and thermostat for the radiator. It still leaks coolant but we can't find out where it's leaking from.
Q:For what reasons can water pump in car break? Thanks
The 2.7 and it's water pump are simply a problem waiting to happen. Poor design.
Q:i want details and requirement of it in water pump
Pump Foot Valve
Q:The water pump is bat on the car I have. I have the part but I need to know if I should have someone install it for me or could I do it myslef. I heard it the timing may be messed up after the pump is in
It is a pretty big deal. Essentially, the timing belt has to be replaced because the pump is driven by the timing belt. It would be crazy to put the old belt back on unless there is less than ten thousand miles on the belt. For the same reason it is common practice to replace the water pump when replacing the belt. If you are going to do it yourself get a hefty impact wrench - 450 ft-lbs minimum - even if you have to rent it. Loosening the crank bolt by hand is a Herculean task and my 500 ft-lb impact struggles. Always use non-silicate antifreeze in your Honda. Silicates can cause the water pump seal to fail early. If in doubt, get the proper stuff from the dealer. I believe it is premixed, but in case my old mind is playing tricks always dilute antifreeze with purified water.
Q:the pulley wheel fell off while i was driving and all of the pulleys turn except the two under the water pump pulley. does anyone know if that is supposed to spin by hand or will it only spin when the car is running?
Your water pump should definately be able to be spun by hand. Generally when a water pump goes, or starts to go, it will leak antifreeze and or you will be able to shake the pulley slightly. Double check and try to spin the water pump again without any belt tension on it. A water pump can go at any time however, if your car has less than like 80,000 miles on it, it's probably fine.
Q:My water pump is broken and so far we can't get the fan off so we need instructions.
This Site Might Help You. RE: How do you remove the water pump from a Chevy S10 Pickup? My water pump is broken and so far we can't get the fan off so we need instructions.
Q:I have a 2000 A4 1.8 T with 91 k miles on it. I went to the dealer for my oil service. I told them that I hear a quot;clinkingnoise when I start the car and that it goes away after the car runs for 5 minutes. I told them to check this also. They diagnosed and said that the water pump has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Since it was close to 105 K miles, I might as well change the timing belt. Total charges for both is 1250. And they also see that Cam Seals starting to leak oil. Since I was doing the timing belt, I might as well change them too. Additional cost to do them is 950. So the total for all three comes down to 2200. I bought the car at 90 K and checked it at Firestone and they said it was cool. They noticed an oil leak but said it was not anything major that needs to be taken care of right away. Do you think the dealer is taking me for a ride here? I just drove 500 miles and would things go this bad all of a sudden? Or should I make the replacements? Please advise.
change the water pump and the timing belt. the belts on any car should be changed at 100000 miles. make them show you the water pump and explain what the problem was with it.as far as the cam seals just keep an eye on them and keep the oil checked.a little oil leak is no big deal with that many miles. go to your local parts store and ask them about oil addittives that might help recondition the seals.
Q:What causes a water pump on a car to go bad????? and are they a pain to change by yourself?????
the corrosion is the main cause, corrosion is caused by using water coming by the faucet, that water came with some minerals and stuff and the engine at high temp activate those minerals and react causing that brown water (acid water) so the best way is adding a nice mixture of coolant and destilated water is the best but if you dont have that water at hand use some radiator coolant aditive, it will neutralize the effects of the regular water coming from the faucet making that will not make your water pump last forever but your whole system will last many more years
