                        End Suction Centrifugal Pump

1.Structure of End Suction Centrifugal Pump Description

End Suction Centrifugal Pump complies fully to the European Standard BS EN733 / DIN24255 of performance and dimensions. They are used for pumping clean water or liquids similar to water, achieving wide application on plants, mines, city water supplies, air-conditioning coolers, firefighting system and irrigation. Pumps of the same model have different performance levels basing on different diameter after impeller trimming. Overall the whole series, there are only four sizes of shaft and five of bearing housing. As long as their bearing housings are of the same size, different pumps can interchange chief parts such as shaft, shaft sleeve, shaft seal, impeller nut, etc.

End Suction Centrifugal Pump is also very easy to be installed and maintained. Back pull-out design, driven through flexible coupling, so that pump casing and motor can remain in position while other spare parts are removed.

Q:I have a water leak, and not from the radiator. It is on the side of the motor where the timing belt is. Could it be the water pump? or possibly freeze plugs? If so where are these?
Its located under the timing belt cover. Time to replace both the belt and water pump while you or your technician are in there. $500 at dealers typically.
Q:What do I get to bring a portAble water conection? Like as in bring a hose with you I gess? It's confusing how I described it but I just wanna use a garden hose so I can wash cars from my truck. Sorry it's hard to describe
A portable water pump. They come in a variety of sizes depending on your needs. A friend of mine runs a window cleaning service from the back of his truck. I don't know what size pump he has but I do know he also has a permanent water tank fitted as well as all the other fittings accoutrements for the job.
Q:Im looking at putting a little cabin on my property for hunting. i have a 200 gallon under ground water tank for fresh water. I'm needing a pump to run water into the cabin for a sink toilet and possibly a shower. does anyone know what style pump i will need so that it does not constantly build up pressure when not in use that way i don't burn it up.
The way wells work is there's a pump at the bottom. It pumps water into a holding tank that has a diaphragm separating water from an air charge. There's also a pressure sensor switch that kicks the pump on when the pressure in the water tank drops below 40 PSI and shuts it off when it reaches 60 PSI. Well water systems don't just run the pump constantly, or they would burn up. What you want to do is use your storage tank as a source. Pump that into a smaller holding tank from a well water system so that when you run the water you run it from the pressure in the holding tank. When the pressure is low enough the main tank pump will pump up the pressure in the holding tank back to 60 PSI and shut off again. It's well worth it to make sure you don't have leaks. Otherwise your main tank will end up empty and the pump will run on and on. Which is another thing you have to watch for. You can install a float level switch so that if the water in the main tank drops below a certain level it shuts the pump off. AND you can also have it switch a warning light on so you know when the big tank is empty. Hope this helps. '')
Q:2001 buick centurywater runs down at area of crank shaft
on the very bottom of the pump there is a weep hole. This leaks the coolant once the pump bearing seal deteriorates and pours coolant over the area of the crankshaft...gl
Q:I'm using an old Mitsubishi Lancer. Recently I changed my water pump it was leaking. To me it looked like a piece of metal, with a small fan thing (not motorized) How can it fail? There is no mechanics to it, just like a pipe with a fan (or turbine)I also messed with my radiator, I unhooked the main hose to clean out the coolant, since the plug was jammed. Could this have contributed to the failing of my water pump?
if the radiator is clogged up, the water pump cant circulate the water.
Q:I was vacuuming up water from my basement I assumed was from the rain, suddenly water started spraying out of a blue pump at the base of my furnace, don't know what the pump does or why its spraying but its making an awful mess.
Furnace Water Pump
Q:my sump pump keeps filling with sewer water. i cant figure out why or where it could be coming from. and the smell is awful.
As the name suggests, this type of pump relies on water power or suction to do its work. It's really just a glorified T Junction with a valve connected. It connects the wastewater pipe that leads out of the home from the drains, with the PVC pipe leading from the sump pit. These are backup pumps should the home's power supply be cut due to bad weather conditions. To operate, the flow of water from the drains and sinks in the home acts as a suction, pulling along the water from the sump pit to lead it out of the home to either a wastewater facility or a septic tank (depending whether or not the house is connected to a city water and sewer system). As you might guess, this type of pump is far less effective than an electric model. But in an emergency, it's better than nothing.
Q:Was able to remove all bolts except the one in the rear of engine one of the bigger bolts the pulley from the serpentine belt blocks itdoes the pulley need to be removed and if yes then how
yes you,ll probably have to remove the pulley from it to get to all of them,i usually remove the pulley first anyway ,this makes it a lot easier to do ,but you should be able to get to the bolt after the pulley is off, good luck i hope this help,s.
Q:is there a water pump capable to pump up to 1/4 of an inchsand from 90' deep well?
If the sand is suspended in the water then yes there are pumps that will pump it. Other wise no.
Q:Water is leaking from the front of my car, on the right where the radiator is located. only thing is that its not leaking a lot, just a little.... but people keep telling me that my timing belt is going to go out and that i will be stranded!. i will like to know the cost of both the water pump and timing belts for my 2001 PT Cruiser please.
um ur timing belt isn't leaking its the water outlet pipe.......i just replaced it in my wife 02 about a month or 2 ago........it was 50 bucks with new gasket from dealer timing belt and water pump were about 100 total form parts store.......i went ahead and replaced them because ur supposed to every 90k miles...even tho they had nothing to do with the leak....its a crappy design the painted steel pipe rusts underneath the paint and collapses at the o-ring styled gasket causing it to leak....
