Description
DG type pump is horizontal multistage centrifugal pump,which is used to transport clean water with temperature less than 160℃,and also insoluble solid impurity 0.25%,and liquid such as water-soluble solid impurity 5% and other medium similar to water.

Structural Characteristics
The pump is single casing,single suction,multistage sectional centrifugal pump structure.The inlet%outlet of pump is vertical.(Please refer to structure chart).Detailed structure is as follows:
1、Stator part
It is mainly contained by some parts such as forepart,back part,middle part,guide vane bearing support&balance room,etc,which are all combined by tie bolt and nut.
2、Rotor part
Round nut has been tensed by impeller,impeller space sleeve,balance spacer sleeve,balance disk&shaft sleeve.Moreover,it has been fixed on the main shaft,which adopts flat key so as to avoid rotate.In doing so,the whole rotor supports on the both sides of bearing,consequently,rotor connected with motor directly by elastic pin coupling.
Gear gasket has been installed between impeller and balancing guard sleeve in order to compensate expansion,such part should be replaced during maintenance.
3、Balance organization
This pump adopts balance disk hydraulic balancing device,it is made up of balance ring,balance disk,balance sleeve and balance guard sleeve.
Balance leakage water will return to front-section suction vortex chamber.
