Q:What are good brands of upright vacuum cleaners?
My mother in law has a Dyson and can't say enough about it. She says that she and my father in law swap off every week for who gets to use the Dyson vacuum cleaner. It's a funky looking yellow thing with a drum that looks like a revolver, with six cylinders. No bag, so you just invert the canister into the garbage bin, rinse, and away it goes again. It does not have the traditional wheels on a hinge design. Instead it's installed on a ball so that you can swivel it any which way from any angle you want. When my current vac bites the dust (bad pun) I'll get a Dyson too!
Q:Hoover VS Kirby vacuum?
I've owned 2 Hoovers, and both have sorely disappointed me. Kirby I've never owned and never will. I have an Electrolux now and thats the only vacum i will ever use.
Q:Are Kirby vacuum cleaners really worth two thousand dollars?
We bought a used '94 Kirby in 1996. We paid $400. for it. I like the powerful suction, but it also comes with drawbacks. The following are my opinions about this Kirby: 1. I don't like the cost of replacing the filters (they're about $8. a bag and only have 3 bags in a package. 2. It's not easy to change from vacuum to using the hose. 3. It's kind of heavy and bulky and doesn't maneuver easily. In my opinion, it's not worth it. You can purchase a bagless Dyson for around $500. and they work great. Does the $1800. price include all of the attachments? Do you need all those attachments? Are all the bells whistles worth $1800.?
Q:Aren't dogs just the Best vacuum cleaners ever?
*Yes they sure do help conserve energy*
Q:Where can I find ratings of Kirby vacuum cleaners?
We cleaned display homes for years and just used plain old Eureka vacs at $59.00 a whack. We tested a Kirby and found it didn*t do any better than the Eurekas My friend had one and said she wished she had never bought it because it was so heavy to push around and it took so long to change a belt, she had to always phone her son to come and change it for her. She said for what she paid she was sorry she ever bought it; You don*t always get what you pay for.
Q:Where on Oahu can I sell my 4 rainbow vacuum cleaners?
You are the one that wanted the sales job.
Q:Vacuum cleaners don't suck dirt into the bag, how do they actually work?
A vacuum cleaner has different parts which are 1 An intake port, which may include a variety of cleaning accessories 2 An exhaust port 3 An electric motor 4 A fan 5 A porous bag 6 A housing that contains all the other components . All these componet play very important role in vacuum cleaner. For a vacuum cleaner to operate, A vacuum's suction is caused by a difference in air pressure. An electric fan reduces the pressure inside the machine. Atmospheric pressure then pushes the air through the carpet and into the nozzle, and so the dust is literally pushed into the bag.
Q:Are there any full-size vaccum cleaners that are battery operated, rather than dragging around that long cord?
There are such vacuum cleaners generally used for gardens or lawns.
Q:My dogs seem to be afraid of my vacuum cleaner, so why is this?
Dogs hearing is very sensitive. While some noises they shrug off others they react too. As my dog ignores the hourly church bell chimes, she howls during the noon siren from the courthouse. Also the back and forth motions may appear as aggressive intimidating movements.
Q:Are you interested in roomba vacuum cleaners?
does no longer propose them. a buddy had one- they do no longer %. up lots. could be of use in case you have a brilliant room without corners (it incredibly is tricky to application them for weird and wonderful sizes) and not lots furnishings, yet once you have that subject how tricky is it to easily run the vacuum?
