Q:Why is my vacuum so loud?
Wrong area. But anyway, don't confuse a vacuum with a vacuum cleaner. Between your ears in this case must be a vacuum or a black hole to post such a ridiculous question, and post it in the wrong area of questions.
Q:Why do vacuum cleaners have lights on the front, do they expect you to vacuum at night?
I actually asked a sales man this question once and his answer seemed resonable. He said that light is for areas of your room that have low lightshadows and such. For example, behind a couch or under tables. I never vacuum those areas so I had no idea. It is helpful once I put it to the test. The light needs to be a little brighter on my Kenmore. My Dyson (newer one) does not have a light....I dont think.
Q:How come nobody ever says vacuum cleaners suck? It would actually for once be correct usage of the word.?
While an open-ended vacuum does, literally, suck, one usually refers to the process, suction, specifically suction power when referring to the machine's action. One might be more specific/scientific refer to force of the vacuum if one were attempt to weigh the merits of various vacuum cleaners, although this is usually done by comparing relative measures of engine horsepower. Usually, of course, a practical demonstration is called for given. As for the negative connotations given to the term in common parlance, there are two possibilities: 1) It is an abbreviated version of the term more euphemistically stated as vacuums excrement. 2) It could refer to a negative memory of an adolescent experiment w/ a machine... The former seems more likely. But, as Fats Waller used to say: One never knows... Do one?
Q:Can anyone recommend a good, lightweight vacuum cleaner with good suction power and fairly priced?
Walmart, bissell, $45
Q:Vacuum cleaners: Dyson 24 or shark Navigator-which would be easier for a wheelchair user to use?
The new dyson dc24 with the ball is super duper light weight and easy to push and turn. I don't know anything about a shark. The dyson is nice because the hose is so easy to pop out, and it has a handle so one could easily clean crevices and corners. The switches are on the main part of the vacuum, right below the handle and above the canister. It would work very well in a small room because it is a small vacuum.
Q:Mad Vacuum Attack!! My 14 mos old GSD Bear becomes an absolute maniac when I am trying to vacuum the house.?
Without some pretty strong detterent for that behavior its not going to go away. I have had to go to a citronella or even shock collar to break other dogs of their instinct to attack a vacuum cleaner. Its clearly a fight or flight reaction. The dog doesnt know exactly what it is but its making a lot of noise and moving in an aggressive fashion. He probably thinks hes protecting you from some crazy animal or something. For know the easiest thing is going to simply be to put him in another room. If you are okay with using a shock collar or other physical method than you can interrupt the process by making him sit and introduce the entire experience to him in stages not allowing any unwanted behavior throughout. So first with a cold water spray bottle you have him sit then bring out the vacuum. Then if he goes for it you spray him. if that works to snap him out of it then you have your training tool. SImply use the spray bottle to pre emptively strike before he acts out but after he startys growling. I hope this helps
Q:vacuum cleaner business?
Depends. If you have a lot of ambition drive, starting your own business can be a great thing. Being your own boss is actually more difficult than merely waking up in the morning and going to a job - because YOU are in charge of your company, you will have to make ALL the decisions to make sure you are profitable, make sure your customers are happy, and possibly oversee employees. You don't need anything other than ambition and drive, plus some starting capital (money you would use to buy starting supplies for your business). A few thousand dollars should be a good start for vacuum cleaners. Think things through carefully before you take out a loan. If you feel you would be happy and be able to maintain enough organization to make the business work, good for you! I wish you good luck.
Q:When to replace Rainbow PN-2 power nozzle motor?
.Well maybe the configurations of motor is not the same, meaning it is wired differently. I personally would be taking it to Electrician as last thing is having a dangerously wired cleaner... Earth missing on motor is a worry as I said take it to a professional keep away from DIY in this case..♥
Q:what are the most frequently returned Christmas gifts?
personally I think its clothing, its either the wrong size color or style no matter how much thought you put into it, but Summer Rain is right on the money about vacuum cleaners too, I do not understand why anyone would buy one of those for a gift for anything other than a bridal shower or a housewarming party I think I would return your gift too, first off because I have no foreskin and second because it sounds like it would be rather painful to use - regifting is always good, and it sounds like you have a taker :)
Q:In doggie he!! are the bad dogs?
LMAO! Probably! I'm giving you a star! Thats funny!
