Production Flow of Customized Valve Body With High Quality

1. Raw Materials
   We purchased the following raw materials from several large scaled professional steelworks, and do strict spectroscopic analysis to them:
   Continuous-casting of steel billet
   Rolled compact
   Barstock

2. Incision
   Our cutting machines can automatically cut the raw material whose diameter up to 800 mm.

3. Heating: in case of environmental pollution, we adopt coal gas producer with an investment of about a million RMB.

4. Forging
   Our company processes the steel to the ingot used for the grinding ring in strict accordance with the forging technology, which is developed on the basis of the raw materials which will be used and the final shape of rings.

5. Rolling
   In the process of rolling, the available ingots after , through radial and axial rolling, are processed into the rings on the basis of the final size of user requirements. To this way, the machining allowance required for the manufactured rings may be kept a minimum.

6. Heat treatment
   Our department of heat treatment can process the work pieces with such standard technology as normalizing, quenching, tempering and solution heat treatment.

1.Save the materials

After the roller compaction, the ring parts have some excellences of high precision and few remain and save of up to 8%-25% of the raw materials comparing with the F-class standard of flat die forging.
Proprietary technology and top level roller compaction equipment enable us to produce ring parts of various sections and shapes. These ring parts are symmetrical when rotating. It is because of the centered symmetrical feature that enables us to abnormal rolling to various kind of work piece, and to reduce the machine processing margin down to the minimum, so as to achieve similar shape as the final shape.
