Q:I've wanted an industrial/scaffold piercing for ages! My mum is finally looking into letting me have it done. Any advice about it? How can I hide it for school? What's the healing time? :) thank you for any feed back.
Most piercings need 6 months to fully heal. Industrial will take up to a year to do so. You have to keep the jewelry in and do not take it out ( not even once ) for the whole period of 1 year. This means that you can't hide it for school. You can't put a retainer on also, cause only titanium or stainless steel material are proper for an open wound aka a new piercing. This piercing is not easy to heal and can stay irritated for long. It goes through cartilage and you have to be really careful with the aftercare and the piercer's info if you want to keep the piercing and yourself healthy. You have to be careful and not touch it or play with it and twist it or take it out. You clean this piercing with sea salt soaks or non alcohol antibacterial soap 2-3 times a day. You dry it with paper towels. If you can do the above daily and be extra careful go get it done. Gluck
Q:i got my scaffold done quite a while ago and it still really hurts and is all lush and crusty, loli know it takes agessss to heal but could i take it out and put normall small earrings in each whole instead? Which would i have to use? thanks
in my opinion you should ride it out and just clean it more often. not only will the piercings give you trouble if you try to change the earring now, the piercings themselves will move slightly and you won't be able to put an industrial bar back through it. if you can live with these go through with it, if not, wash often, rotate the bar constantly and avoid sleeping on it and getting your hair caught up in it. like you said, piercings in the cartilage are very sensitive and need time and nurturing so that they can heal properly.
Q:i had my scaffold piercing done in the summer holidays and wen i went back to school (currently in my last year) they told me to take it out so i had to go back to the piercer. They changed the bar to two clear retainers in the holes so they wouldn't heal, now it hurts all the time and is red with a bubble on the top of my ear, any suggestions as to what i should do? :/
regularly clean it with salty lukewarm water and cover it up with tape
Q:I really want a scaffold piercing and I can pay for it, I get good grades, I do all the chores I have to do, I spoke to them calmly and everything. Yet they still won't let me. My dad said that I will be grounded forever and everything but last time I got grounded, I went to a party the next day so what should I do?
im talking from experience-scaffold piercings are VERY painful, and take a long time to heal. so there wouldnt be any way you could take it out to hide it for a good few months! it really isnt a great piercing to get unless you can openly look after it properly. anyway you shouldnt disregard what your parents say...i know thats what you want to do!lol really though, its very painfull!
Q:Scaffolding scaffolding erection norms which requirements, who can say?
Scaffolding operators must be qualified through the examination of professional personnel, should be held on the card and do a regular physical examination, the operator must wear a helmet, fasten the seat belt, wear non slipIn the process of using frame control load less than ZkN/mZ2kN/ square meters, the prohibition of arbitrary demolition wall connecting rod and other safety facilitiesEach component and frame tube of the cantilever frame must be transmitted to the ground in timeWhen the shelf is removed, a fence or warning sign should be set up around it, and someone should be assigned to guard itFasteners and steel pipe diameter matching use, and the factory certificate. It is found that there is crack, deformation, the prohibition of the use of silkThe erection of temporary power lines and the grounding of the suspension frame and the lightning protection measures shall be carried out according to the national standards
Q:Latch type disc scaffolding accessories is a national patent product
Pankou scaffolding is a new scaffold, the products imported from Europe in the last century in 80s, is the product after bowl-scaffold upgrade
Q:Exterior wall scaffold construction plan?
Big bar:The large cross bar is arranged above the cross bar, and the inner side of the vertical rod is fastened with a right angle fastener and a vertical rod, and the length of the utility model is not less than 6m of the span of the 3m. The large cross bar is connected with a butt fastener, and the joint is arranged in a staggered way, not in the same time and in the same distance. The horizontal distance of adjacent joints shall not be less than 50cm. The distance from the joint to the riser is not more than 50cm
Q:along with this question, -what does she think about during this time period?-how does she apprear on the scaffold? -who does she see and how does she feel?THANKS!!=]
Here is a good analysis and summary from Shmoop.
Q:Which kind of scaffolding is the most convenient and time-saving?
4, the new type of formwork is the most suitable for the early removal of the keel, through early demolition can save a lot of keel, formwork and support rod, saving about 30%.5, strong and durable, plug and socket is not afraid to fall, not easy to be dead by cement, easy to transport, easy to inventory. At the same time, there is no loss of spare parts, lower than the bowl buckle type multifunctional scaffold.
Q:If you have two workers say standing on a scaffolding, their are downward forces from the weight of the workers along with the weight of the scaffold, and upward forces from tension suspending the scaffolding in place. The opposite forces add to zero and thus the scaffolding remains at rest.My question has to do with what would occur if more/less workers were on the scaffolding. It appears to me that the scaffolding would always remain at rest. Would there always be a ΣF=0 regardless of the amount of workers? As the decreases in weight from removing a worker would also cause the tension force to be weaker? And vice versa if there were more workers?I
You are correct so long as the scaffolding is not allowed to move. I.e. the cables suspending it are locked and not unwinding from their spools as more workers get on. More weight added would necessarily increase the tension in this type of case. However, if, when another worker got on and the tension could not increase for what ever reason, a downward acceleration would take place that is proportional to the worker's weight. Hope that clears things up.
