Q:Brief description of the difference between cable and cable.
Will not interfere with the middle there is no strong electricity! Cable no problem, may be the cable signal as before, you can use a waterproof tape wrapped up ah, do not exposed ah! If the wall with 220V power, then it is easy to string into the TV, the consequences ...
Q:Question about transformers and power transmission?
The principle is simple. VI=constant. Energy loss is proportional to I^2. If you want transmit power over a long distance, then V should increase. So the current will be small and energy loss will less. You can not use it because, high voltage gives more shock. When bring it near the home, reduce the voltage so the items becomes less shock giving. Welder use very high current and very low voltage may be 6o volts so that they do not get unnecessary shock.
Q:where can i run my amp power cable in a 2002 ford explorer XLT?
Check first for any factory made holes that are not in use or have extra space to be used. If you are explorer is anything like my Taurus I would say somewhere near where your steering wheel connects to the firewall. But it will be kinda risky around that area since you would have to be careful for your power steering.
Q:Will an amp power up without RCA cables hooked up?
The power light should come on with or without the speaker wires or RCA cables from the stereo, but not all will, this is just a general rule. Double check your power hook up and see if it has power to it. Sometimes a little thing will throw the reset switch on the amp, check that also. This is assuming you have run proper power cables to the amp and have them hooked up to the proper connectors.
Q:Connecting jumper cables to power inverter cables (mini jumper cables)?
You'll be fine as long as you don't cross the cables- red to positive, black to negative. If you cross them you'll blow a fuse, or the inverter... Oh, and don't let the cables touch, they'll short out
Q:Buying a Xbox 360 without a Hard Drive, Power Cable, AV Cables, and so on.?
you only want the console weird, without a hardrive? Try a pawnshop a place where people go to give things that are missing or don't want anymore, a place where you could sell anything
Q:I plugged my power cable in and it made a crackling sound?
Its always good to use a surge protector instead of using direct power for a computer. It protects your computer from getting damaged during short circuit or current fluctuation.
Q:Buy new power cable? or adapter?
If the power cord is rated 125v and you run 24v through it, it could fry everything. Call the manufacturer and get their recommendations.
Q:Question about power leads and av cables?
There are 3 different power supplies, and 5 different types of Xbox. First is the Xenon/Falcon Xboxes. The power supplies for these work with all Xboxes (excl the Slim) Next are the Opus/Zephyr. The power supplies for these ONLY WORK with these consoles. They have a little plastic pin in the plug so that they wont work in any other type of Xbox Lastly we have the Jasper Xboxes. Again, the power supplies only work with these consoles. Unless you buy a power supply for Generation One xboxes (Xenon/Falcon) then you're not guaranteed to get it to work. TBW
Q:is using an extention cord for car amplifer power cable safe?
Listen to ohm!!! Do not try this in your car!!! The difference between home (AC) vs. a car (DC) is not just the voltage. A car will have much more current flowing through the wire then a home. This means that if you were to use a extension cord in a car you could melt it, like ohm said. Just go to a car audio shop and get the correct wire. An extension cord may save you a couple of bucks but if you are risking a fire and possibly hurting yourself I think it is a couple of extra bucks you can spend.
