1.Short Description

Our company has passed the evaluations of UL and RoHS<SGS> certification and ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification .

SJ/T 11223-2000,CCAM

ASTM  B 566-93,CCAM

 CCA wire is sorted into Annealed(A) and hard-drawn(H) according to mechanical properties,or into 10% and 15% modles according to volume of copper cladding.

2.Packaging & Delivery

1. Spool size:5inch,8inch,250mm spool,400mm spool;wooden plates;

2. Carton, wooden plates;

3.20GP can put in 18 tons. Or according to customer requirement.

Delivery Detail: Delivery time is 7 days after getting the deposite.

3.Characteristic

1.Our state-of-the-art cladding and welding crafts guarantee the high desity and conducticity of our 99.97% purity copper cladding, while our metallurgical bonding technique around the aluminum core along the wire for excellent coaxiality. Mechanical properties accord with US ASTM B566-93 Standard.

2. Given the same weight and diameter, CCAM Wire measures 2.6 times longer than copper wire which means that the budget for 1T of pure copper wire should now afford 2.6t of our CCAM Wire ,a choice product to reduce costs of material for cable production.

3. The impossibility to separate the copper-cladding from the aluminum cord keeps thieves away.

4. CCAM Wire is light,easy to transport and install,thus saves labor cost.

Q:home, thermostat, wiring
green wire is 24 volts from the t-stat to the indoor fan relay, i promise! unless it's a trane. trane has their own wiring codes and i don't remember trane wiring at this time. i can look it up but don't want to. green goes to the indoor fan relay, for real. the fan relay energizes 110 volts and turns the indoor fan on. be careful jacking around with that stuff. remember, you have low voltage from the transformer and t-stat and high voltage everywhere else. the outside stuff is 220 volts. ZZZZZZZZZZZZ!
Q:im confused which wires are what, theres two wires...no colors?
Aren't you legally supposed to have an electrician do this?
Q:On the wires leading to existing system I can see the main power lead. However all the other wires are different in color leading to existing valves. From the wire bundle two black wires (the only black wires) lead out to nothing and were left with no electrical end caps protecting. Manual says nothing on wiring valves. Any ideas on black wires? Or how can I splice in to existing system wires at valve point having one valve working at a time when system is operating? Am I going to have to get a new controler or run new wires existing controler?
As long as you have an extra colored wire and your controller will support the extra valve, it will work. I am wondering why you have 2 black ones though, unless one of them has a stripe. Normally multi-strand wire has only one of each color. To see a wiring diagram, follow the link below
Q:What are the advantages / disadvantages of different types of wire (ethernet, coax,twisted pair) over the different types of wireless( WI- Fi, bluetooth)
thats a huge topic!! depends on what you wanna do and where..twisted pair is great wireless is great coax is fadding out
Q:I am wiring a sony xplod amp up in my car and need to know what the skinny blue wire goes to. Any help would be appreciated.
its the remote wire. it goes from your amp to the back of your stereo deck. if you have an aftermarket deck ( which i would hope you do) there will be a wire labeled that says remote wire. connect the blue wire with that wire behind the deck. the whole purpose of the wire is to tell the amp to turn on and off with the car.
Q:I have a 2000 Subaru Outback, and I can get the thing working, but it does not save any of my settings. i know its my accessory wire because the radio will not turn on from any other wire.. soo help please
There are two wires that you must hook up. One is for continuous power so that the settings are saved, the other is for power to the radio. If you had purchased your equipment from Crutchfield, you would have gotten free installation instructions and a wiring harness that would hook directly to your Subaru wiring - saving you a great deal of time and trouble.
Q:I am trying to replace my cigarette lighter on my car. The replacement requires the wiring to to be redone. It has a terminal wire attached to it, but when I attach it to the wire on the car it doesn't work. After reading the reviews on the product everyone has said the wiring needs to be redone. What wires do I connect to what (Positive, negative, terminal). I am using product REPU506801.
You need to get a test light and find a wire under the dash or coming from the ignition that has power when the key is turned on. If you want the plug to have power when the key is off then you will need to find a wire that has power when the key is off. Once you find the wire make sure its thicker wire and splice into it.
Q:Which is live and which is not, there is a black wire and a blue wire?
The oven is rated at 220 volts they are both hot conductors.
Q:If not, then, in experiments, why must a wire always be straight?
The resistance of a wire results from: (1) the conductivity,σ, of the material used to construct the wire; (2) the length, L, of the wire; and (3) the cross-sectional area,S, of the wire. R = L / σS Bending the wire might theoretically crimp the wire and affect the cross-sectional area. However, as a practical matter, this is not a factor. Most likely, you are required to keep the wires straight for the sake of neatness. It makes it easier for your instructor to follow the logic of your circuit.
Q:I need to buy some electrical wire for my car, does it matter what color the copper wire is inside of ( i.e. black,yellow,red,green,blue,etc.)
Wire comes in different gages, as well as colors. But if it is copper it will work.
