Q:I'm buying a new dining suite, and have got my eye set on a set of nice suede cream chairs. Opinion seems to be divided over whether suede is good or bad, so my question is - are suede chairs good for a dining room? Do they stain easily, even when scotchguarded (and does scotchguard change their feel?).

Suede chairs are really hard to maintain. If you want to buy it, read other people's experience first.

Q:in your opinion, is it better to use a little potty chair, or a seat that will fit the big toilet for poty training? i was thinking that if i use a potty seat, then i will use have to re-train my son to the REAL potty after he gets a hang of the little one. what is your experiance?

It's best to use the toilet that is built in the bathroom period. preschools, day cares and elementary schools don't come equipped with potty seats or potty chairs and it has been found that children who are potty trained at home will wet themselves because they are afraid to use a regular toilet. All three of my kids were trained on a regular toilet. Yes it meant having to hold them on when they were little but that's what parents are for...support.

Q:I found this chair sitting in our garage for about a year now and I want to put it in my bedroom. The problem is that its kinda dirty.. Its like a cream color but it has dark marks on the arms its from my uncles tools. It's not a leather or recliner chair its just a regular sitting chair. I just want to get the dark black marks out of it so I can make it look nice in my bedroom. plus it smells a little.. The tips would greatly be appreciated.. THANK YOU!!
