- cable or direct TV you need a new converter box. I have cable and it is $5 a month more. Lady at work has Direct TV adn the box is $100 a year more. It has many more cable connections to the back to the Tv and does improve the quality and picture. Power strip option. You can but I do not..... Good luck.

- No, you can use the power cable for a computer on the PS3. It is a standard shape and can be purchased from any good computer shop. The PS2 uses a transformer and the pin alignment is different. Just get a proper cable, they are really cheap anyway.
- Q:I'm new to PCs and I recently bought a Dell Optiplex 745 desktop PC but it came without cables. I thought I had the correct power cord but it turns out I gave it away to friends. I have the power cable that you plug into the wall which has the standard PC kettle plug (the correct one for PCs not an actual kettle plug) that you'd usually plug into an adapter then into your PC but I'm not sure if you can just plug it in without the correct adapter. I have Googled but cant make head nor tail of it all. And by adapter I mean the cable with the little box that you usually plug into a device such as a PC, laptop or Xbox 360 before you connect the cable to the mains.Thanks.
- It all comes down to the amount of output that the pc is set to take. I would think that you would be fine without the adapter, assuming it already works. If you do decide to do this make sure you set up a surge protector, dont just plug it into the wall. A power surge could fry the internals and brick the pc.

- you only need to connect one, the reason why there is 2 is because there is one with 4 pins and one with 4 sockets, its just incase you dont have a cable with 4 pins coming from your power supply to connect to the 4 sockets, but you have an extra lead with 4 sockets to connect to the other end of the cable.
- Q:I currently have a 250 watt 2 channel power cord and a 500 watt alpine amp with 2 12 inch mtx terminator subs.i am continuously blowing blade fuses and i ended up buying a 680 watt power cable. Will this blow out my amp or do any damage or will it be all good and give the maximum power my amp can supply? (Without exploding) just wondering thanks!
- no sir it will not, infact it may completly stop the problem, i would say to much current is passing through the wire, if the amp will accept the wire (even if its a tight fit) thats what your looking for. so to answer your question using the 680 watt wiring kit is just what you need and will be perfect, you could even get the 1200 watt wiring kit if need be, (assumikng you bought the schosche kit from walmart)

- Q:Only the ground cable is green, the two other cables are gray and I noticed that one is with stripes the other is not... The maker is Smart Choice. - there is more clue, one cable end is coded with a letter Z , other W , than G .... the G is probably the ground ( green ) . - Q:I'm trying to install my radeon x800 xl graphics card into my dell inspiron 531 desktop. After inserting the card in the pci-e slot, and connecting the monitor cord to the card, I thought everything would work fine. I booted the computer and I got the error quot;You have not connected the power cable to your video cardquot;What do I need to do? This is an older video card, and I may have lost this supposed power cable. I'm lost with this and my computer won't even boot now. Any help is much appreciated. - In okorder /... EDIT The adapter would connect to any two unused 4 pin molex connectors coming from the power supply, it doesn't connect to the motherboard.
