Application: The pump specially apply to air-condition cold or hot water circulation and also apply to the following:
1.Can be used together with equipment.
2.Water-supplying system of apartment(building).
3.Industrial water supply.
4.Fire-fighting water system.
5.Construction engineering water supply.
6.Waste water treatment.
7.Farm water irrigation; Boiler water supply.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Feature: 1. The optimal hydraulic model is used for impeller, the pump is of an utmost dynamic-static balance and reliable performance.
2. The pump shaft is an extended one from the motor, so the concentricity is absolutely reliable.
3. The pump which is supported by imported bearing, runs at little vibration and low noise.
4. Single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump; closed impeller and volute chamber are adopted.
5. Coaxial volute structure, high efficiency, small volume, light weight, easy installation and maintenance.
6. Mechanical seal, no damage to shaft, no leakage, long duration.
7. Can choose other materials according to the customer's requirement.

Q:Our water pump had a leak in one of the pipes which kept making us Los the prime. I've replace the piping so it no longer leaking but I can't get I to work. The pump runs but the water doesn't move-. The pressure says it is at 50 but nothing. Also its a sahllow well pump jut bought last sprig.Any ideas? Sorry for the bad grammar new to this tablet.
The pressure says it is at 50 which means there is water at that point or you have a faulty gage(happens all the time with those gages). Replace the gage and then you can determine if the pump is pumping and if there is a clog after that point in your line, which is actually quite common when one works on these systems., if it isn't pumping, could be a bad foot valve, pump, well ran dry, needs to be primed, ect...
Q:directions on changing water pump 2001 gmc pickup
Changing a water pump is nothing special, just common sense. Drain the coolant and take apart whatever you need to get access to it. The cooling system is sealed off from everything else (like the oil system or example) so there shouldn't be any nasty surprises. Make sure you get a new set of any seals and gaskets with the new pump. However you may have to take off the timing belt to get at the pump, and you need the proper instructions for replacing that. Usually it is not recommended to re-use the old belt. You might be able to save a bit of money by not replacing any tensioner pulleys etc that should be changed when the belt is changed, depending how old they are. If you can afford the extra time off the road, don't buy replacement parts till you have looked at the condition of the old ones. Unless it is actually leaking water, pumps can last a long time making horrible noises (especailly noises at engine idling speeds), so you might consider leaving the pump till the next timing belt change anyway.
Q:Pump head is too high what's the impact?
After the determination of the pump type, such as the actual pump lift is too high, it will not only result in lower efficiency of the pump, and will seriously affect the actual flow of the pump to Q decline. On the contrary, if the pump head selected too high, but the actual operation of the lift is too low, is also affecting the pump efficiency and decrease caused by actual operation when the flow is too large, it is likely to increase the pump power beyond the rated current of the motor and the heating.
Q:im buying a mazda 626 for 800 abd the owner selling just let me know that the water pump is going out. is it a fairly easy fix or should i keep shopping for a vehicle?
do it yourself or pay someone else? call different shops in your area for a estimate before buying it call more than one on the sly from my experience, on the low side, about $300 up to about $500 but $800 is a good cheap deal for a 95 model and Mazda is a good car that lasts forever and is good on gas but he may be lying to you, it may very well be the headgaskets actually leaking........$1200
Q:What motor does the pump use?
Hello, the pump is generally used permanent magnet synchronous motor, and if the motor is not too understand, you can consult the motor suppliers, according to the model to choose their own use.
Q:Recently my ford aerostar van started pouring water from the weephole of the waterpump and all my oil was just disappearing leaving just foam on the dipstick...we drained what oil was in it and there was antifreeze in the oil so we figured it was a blown head but it it possible for antifreeze to leak into the oil due to a bad waterpump?
Not usually. You probably have a head gasket problem. If its a high mileage van you may not have ruined the engine yet. Coolant in the oil will destroy the bearings and other wear surfaces. Was the engine noisy? Did you run it a long time with the problem. About 90% of the time the engine is trashed. If the repair estimate is over $700, get a rebuilt engine or a used one.
Q:Hi I really need a USB water pump (small). I have found one in China but they need payment in a different currency so its proving difficult. I would much prefer a US/EUROPE seller. Cheers.PSgt; If I had to pay to get the power supply changed from wire to USB then I could if anyone knows who could do this.
The USB output has a 5V power supply. USB2 delivers up to 500mA and later versions may be 900mA. USB hubs start off with less than this (100mA) but change as they are initialised. Some dedicated USB charging ports supply up to 1.8A. There are some USB power cables that take the output from 2 ports in a sort of Y harness (first link for example). The result of all this is that only a very small pump would run from most USB ports. I did find 2 rated at 5W and 8W but the voltage was not shown. I suspect they were mains operation, meant for large water bottles. If they were 5V they would use 1A and 1.6A respectively, so only run from special USB charge points or double cables, and only in some cases anyway. I assume you want to run from a Laptop/Notebook battery for convenience. The point is that even if the USB port can supply the correct voltage and current the battery would be emptied very quickly. It is probably cheaper to get a suitable pump, then power it from a separate and more suitable rechargeable battery or mains adaptor (wall wart), whatever it takes, taking into account how long it should run with a single charge. This is about the battery voltage and the capacity in ampere hours - the number of hours it can supply a given current. D size rechargeable (Ni-MH) would run a 6V x 6W motor using 1A for about 6 hours. C size cells are half that, and AA cells about half again. It takes 4 cells to get 5V. Get them as a pack though or at least with a battery holder, as they cannot be soldered. Then you need a proper charger. Recent laptop/notebook batteries are lithium ion types, 10.8V and 4.8Ah, so deliver 1A @10.8V for 4h more or less. Other types worth considering are for cordless drills.
Q:starting from the water pump, and returning to the water pump
Most cooling systems pump the coolant out of the engine through the top radiator hose. In the radiator. Out the radiator through the bottom hose. A by-pass system can be found on most cars and it includes the water pump and smaller diameter hose.l these smaller hoses rout the collant to certain components such as the heater core (which provides passenger compartment comfort). There many other variables depending of the car. Engine oil coolers. Intake manifold warm-up passages, I may be leaving some info out here but that is pretty much your basic cooling system routing. Best wishes.
Q:I need to get my timing belt and water pump replaced, its been 100,000 km , just wondering, what exactly these things do, i want to know more about my car, and just how much this would cost to take care of, my dealership says almost a 1000, including labour, does this seem right.
First, what determined the desire for the timing belt? If this is as a results of get replaced as area of the commonplace upkeep agenda, wonderful. And why do you want a gas pump? If the vehicle runs wonderful because it truly is, i might want to question that. The gas pump is often placed contained in the gas tank that is a discomfort to interchange, so i'm not particular that that complete fee is quite unreasonable. BTW, even as replacing the timing belt, this is consistently stated you replace the water pump at the same time, because this is placed good there, and may want to dodge having to do a similar troublesome artwork lower back between belt replacements. you may also call diverse different shops on your area and get an estimate of what they could fee for a similar service. also, you should use the link presented to locate a mechanic on your area who has strong comments thoughts from purchasers. seek for 'locate a Mechanic and enter your zip code for the information...(you may want to favor to envision out the full web site, for interesting and vehicle information)... wish that permits! EDIT: sure at 110k it truly is going to be due for the T-belt/water pump, now this is merely buying the deal!
