PE(polyester) Coating

PE(polyester) coating:high molecular polymer as monomer and addition of alkyd, is an UV-resistant coating. It can be classified matt and glossy according to coating gloss. The compact molecule structure, makes paint surface luster and smooth, which assure good printing on the panel surface. With an warranty of 8-10 years for weather resistance, it is specially applied for internal decoration and sign board.

2 Usage/Applications of PE Coated Aluminum Coil/Sheet

Our company's PE Coated Aluminum Coil/Sheet have been widely used in the fields of construction and decoration(garage doors, ceiling etc.), electronic appliances, lighting decoration, air-condition air pipe, sanwich panels and drainage, etc.

Q:Aluminum vs. steel shoes for H/J?
Aluminum has no wearability. Steel shoes can be re-set a number of times, which can save you money. If you ride your horse out on trails at all, you'll go through shoes like crazy. Aluminum is such soft metal that it's really not practical for most horses.
Q:What paint is better to paint on the brushed aluminum sheet? Simple process and good adhesion!
As long as it is spray paint, adhesion is not the same, if you want to firm, it is better to paint
Q:Can you paint aluminum foil using acrylic paints?
i use aluminum foil to mix colors on and when it dries it DOES stick, however, it will scratch off really easy. just try experimenting. what do u need the foil for? maybe you can try the aluminum foil leaves? the flakes that you put ontop on the art instead of under it. that way you can glue it on and dont have to worry about it scratching off. foil looks beautiful on paintings :) how it turns out great
Q:Aluminum Macbook Question..?
If okorder.com. Since they are still very new, there is a good chance that the only aluminum MBPs that you will be able to find are ones that have been flawed, or that have been damaged slightly. It is worth it to simply put a dent in your wallet and buy from Apple directly. Don't forget about the 10% student discount that they give. If you order online, access this by using the pull-down menu at the very bottom right hand side of the screen on the Apple Store website. I bought the 4GB, 2.8GHZ 15 Macbook Pro and it's an absolutely magnificent machine. go for it, my friend.
Q:Wonderland hard aluminum
Wrought iron platform made 3 aluminum alloy with a hard aluminumAluminum + granite can also be synthesized
Q:Can regular aluminum foil be used in place of heavy duty?
Just use two pieces of the regular foil. That should be a rough equivalent. Don't put the foil packet directly on the oven rack; instead put it on a flat pan (a cookie sheet) to support the ribs and catch any drips.
Q:Excuse me: what's the weight of the 1 square 2mm thick aluminum sheet?
Know that the density of aluminum is 2.7 g / cubic centimeter or 2700 kg / cubic meterThen 2mm thick aluminium plate with a weight of 1 square meters is:M= P *v=2700*1*0.002=5.4 (kg)=5.4*10^ (-3) tonsThe price of aluminium is 30000 yuan / ton nowTherefore, the title of the money required should be 30000* (5.4*10^ (-3)) =162 yuanEmpathy,The density of iron is 7.8 KG/M3The density of stainless steel is 7.52-7.75 KG/M3The same is true of galvanized sheets, as long as the density is known
Q:What is the amperage setting on a tig welder when welding aluminum?
Best electrodes to use for Aluminum welding is 1.5% lanthanum oxide (gold color code.). 2% zirconia (brown) or 2% thorium oxide (red) can also be used. Note that zirconia-doped electrodes should never be used for DC welding. A lot of welders like to quote offhand the rule 1 amp for every 0.001 inch of thickness. This applies to steel, stainless, and nickel alloys only. Due to the lower melting point, lower specific heat capacity, and higher thermal conductivity of of Al, this rule should NOT be used for Al! I recommend welding a test piece first with the same joint configuration and thickness of the part you intend to weld. Note that fillet welds require more current than butt welds or edge welds. Start out by using 2/3 amp per 0.001 of thickness, in other words, reduce the current of the above rule by about 30-40% . Make 3 test weld, then check to see if there's any visible penetration on the other side. If you don't see any through-pentration at all, increase the current by about 10-20 amps and test again.
Q:Can you make ribbons out of aluminum foil?
yes is it possible to make a ribbon out of aluminum foil if it is should i use the shiny or matte side for further ribbons out aluminum foil detail see here:
Q:What bonds can Aluminum make?
Well, any metal can have metallic bonds. Aluminum is a metal and is able to alloy with other metals to modify its properties. The criteria for covalent versus ionic are: (see link 1) If the electronegativities are equal (i.e. if the electronegativity difference is 0), the bond is non-polar covalent. If the difference in electronegativities between the two atoms is greater than 0, but less than 2.0, the bond is polar covalent. If the difference in electronegativities between the two atoms is 2.0, or greater, the bond is ionic. All you need to do is determine the difference in electronegativity to see if the bond is polar covalent or ionic for the compounds of aluminum. The official line is that if a metal and a nonmetal react then the bond is ionic. But, it is not quite that simple. We finally have to look at the difference in electronegativity between the element that make up the compound. Examples: Aluminum oxide Al2O3, aluminum chloride AlCl3 (actually this is Al2Cl6), aluminum fluoride AlF3, aluminum carbide Al4C3. Electronegativity (Pauling Scale): 1.61 for Al Electronegativity (Pauling Scale): 3.44 for O Difference = 1.83 Bond is polar covalent Electronegativity (Pauling Scale): 1.61 for Al Electronegativity (Pauling Scale): 3.16 for Cl Difference = 1.55 Bond is polar covalent Electronegativity (Pauling Scale): 1.61 for Al Electronegativity (Pauling Scale): 3.98 for F Difference = 2.37 Bond is ionic Electronegativity (Pauling Scale): 1.61 for Al Electronegativity (Pauling Scale): 2.55 for C Difference = 0.94 Bond is polar covalent This type of analysis can be done for many other actual compounds of aluminum. Try some yourself. Hope this is helpful to you. JIL HIR
