Product Description:

                                                       CN-10 Self Priming Trash Pump

1.Structure of CN-10 Self Priming Trash Pump Description

The pumps are designed for economical & trouble-free operation in handling solids-laden liquids and slurries, it handle up to max 76.2mm spherical solids. Pumps feature a large volute design which allows them to re-prime automatically in a completely open system without the need of suction or discharge check valves. And this is workable with the pump only partially filled with liquid and completely dry suction line.

Standard Self-Priming pump units are available for Solids Handling or Clear Liquid service. Typical mounting configurations are Engine Driven for Skid or Trailer Mounted packages and Frame Mounted Electric Driven.  Pumps also are available in a variety of different metallurgies.

Q:Why do we need to stop the pump?
The valve opening pump is aimed at the centrifugal pump. From the power curve of the centrifugal pump, the power of the centrifugal pump increases with the increase of the flow rate; the flow curve of the centrifugal pump shows that the flow rate of the centrifugal pump decreases with the increase of the head.
Q:What are the characteristics of a vertical multistage centrifugal pump?
Vertical multistage centrifugal pump system using the latest international advanced IS type hydraulic model based design for high efficiency centrifugal pump with multi segment, the soft packing or mechanical seal, has the characteristics of high efficiency, large flow, high lift, no leakage, a wide range of performance, safe operation, stable operation and long service life and small area.
Q:What are the meanings of the vacuum pump, the front pump and the main pump?
The main pump and the front pump with the general vacuum unitThe front pump can be understood as a mechanical pump. It can be used by itself, but the pumping rate or the vacuum can not meet the requirements. In this case, we add a booster pump
Q:Advantages and disadvantages of canned pumps
The ordinary centrifugal pump is driven by coupling the pump impeller shaft is connected with the motor shaft, the impeller and the motor rotates while working and shielding pump is a kind of non seal pumps, pump and motor is sealed in a medium filled by pumping the pressure vessel, the pressure vessel only static seal and, by a group of wires to provide a rotating magnetic field and rotor drive. The structure eliminates the rotary shaft sealing device of the traditional centrifugal pump, so the utility model can be completely free from leakage.
Q:Know flow and lift how to calculate the pump power?
The pump power (kw) ={9.61* flow (cubic meters per second) * head (m)}/.Where ETA is device efficiency, including mechanical, electrical loss and other factors, generally between 55%~80%. The smaller the pump, the lower the efficiency.
Q:How to distinguish the flow and displacement in the hydraulic pump? What's the difference between the two?
For example, once you sprinkle water from the tank to the ground, one shot of water is 1000 milliliters, which is equivalent to displacement, once (pump turn) 1000 ml.,
Q:Centrifugal pump flow, why can be adjusted through the outlet valve?
Centrifugal pump, and is a very common method of centrifugal pump, flow with the head (or pressure) increases, off a small valve resistance increases, the pump head should be increased, then the flow decreased, whereas open valve flow increase
Q:Is the centrifugal pump large or small?
When the liquid is lowered at a certain temperature to the vapor pressure at this temperature, the liquid bubbles. The phenomenon of producing bubbles is called cavitation. When the bubbles are flowing to the high pressure, the volume of the bubbles is reduced so that they are destroyed. This due to the pressure of rising bubbles disappear in the liquid in the phenomenon called cavitation bubble collapse. The local pump is in operation if the over-current part (usually the impeller blade inlet somewhere later) for some reason, the absolute pressure of pumping the liquid was reduced to liquid vapor pressure temperature, liquid vaporization began there, produce a lot of steam bubble formation, when the liquid contains a lot of bubbles by forward high pressure impeller Zone, high pressure liquid around the bubbles in the bubble decreases drastically and rupture. Condensation in the bubble burst and the liquid particle at high speed to fill a hole in this moment has a very strong effect of water hammer and the impact of high frequency against the metal surface, the impact stress of hundreds to thousands of atmospheric pressure, impact frequency can be up to tens of thousands of times per second, serious breakdown when the wall thickness will be. The process of cavitation in a pump is caused by the bursting of bubbles and bubbles in the water pump and the destruction of the over-current components. Water pump cavitation, in addition to the over-current components will have a destructive effect, but also produce noise and vibration, and lead to the performance of the pump down, seriously when the pump will be interrupted liquid, can not work properly.
Q:Is vane pump good or gear pump good?
The main parts of a gear pump are gears that mesh with each other. The meshing driving gear and the driven gear are respectively arranged on two parallel rotating shafts. Because the gear teeth enter and exit the meshes, the volume of the teeth is changed, and the suction and discharge effect is formed.
Q:Why should I pump the pump before starting the centrifugal pump?
1., if it is backward flow, it is not pumping;2., if the pump is installed underwater (such as submersible sewage pump), it is not pumping;3. pump is for installation in the form of suction. If no diversion irrigation pump, then the pump is full of air quality, air density is less than water, the pump will not be inside the gas out, the pump pressure will not be far less than the atmospheric pressure, the water will not be pressed into the pump to pump through irrigation formed inside the closed environment, the pump will start water out will cause local vacuum, entrance external water pressure into the pump is in inside and outside differential pressure, complete water movement. (vacuum water diversion is directly through the vacuum pump pumping the air in the pump, resulting in internal and external pressure difference, the external water pressure in the internal and external pressure is press into the inlet of the pump. The principle is the same as the pump. A standard atmosphere of =10m water column.)
