Q:When I first bought my hamster cage, it included a starter pack which included food, water bottle, shavings, etc. I didn't know that the bedding was pine bedding, and when I ran out I changed to aspen bedding. I heard that pine is bad for hamsters, and I used it for a month. I changed to aspen bedding today, but since then my hamster has been acting strange. He doesn't move around as much, and when he is on his wheel he doesnt run, he just walks. Could it be a respitory problem and should I take it to the vet just to make sure?

Personally, I don't like aspen shavings. I used to use Carefresh but it was really dusty. Was always sneezing and having runny nose when cleaning my hamsters' cage. Now, I'm using Kaytee Clean Cozy. It's nearly dust-free. Can't spot any dust. Don't use scented bedding as it is bad for them. If you're worried, just bring it to the vet.

Q:What kind of bedding is okay for dwarf hamsters? I've heard that cedar chips are bad for them, so can I make my own bedding?

Hi there :) You're correct about cedar chips, they can cause respertory distress. I wouldn't recomend making your own, because the paper can cause your hamster to bloat and the newspaper ink cause be harsh on the feet and lungs of your little buddy. I would recomend aspen, white pine and my fav (which I use) is called Care Fresh it's recycled paper, and its soft! ~ Good Luck :P

Spray tan because its safer and cheaper, but sun bed is more permanent but you can get burnt and have a chance of getting skin cancer. I would recommend spray tan. Hope this helps

Q:no i don't have bed bugs..but how do you prevent them?? what causes them?

I would like to know if these bed bug critters will use your dog as a host ? I am getting bites that look like bed bug bites but they are always in the same area where the dog cuttles next to me. She gets a monthly flea treatment , but when the lights go out she starts digging. I cant find anything in or around the bed or mattresses. Nothing on her eighter. Any thoughts ? I have treated for bed bugs to no avail.

Q:i am 15 and i still wet the bed. i use diapers, and i have a plastic covering over my bed. i cant go to sleepovers because i wet myself. any solutions???

Talk to a doctor. I have a daughter that does the same (although she's only 8) but our pediatrician said it's from growth hormones in fast food restaurants, and a lot of kids these days have this problem. It has something to do with an underdeveloped bladder. Go get it checked, because at 15 you shouldn't be having this problem anymore.

It doesn't matter about the brand just the thread count, you can buy at Macy's, Bed bath and Beyond, even home goods have great sheets but u gotta get lucky.
