Q:Bed Bugs /Mattress/Beds ???
Yes, I do sometimes get creeped out wondering if something small and scary could be lurking in the beds at home. And cleaning isn't enough from what I've read on the news. You have to treat your mattress, box springs and bedding with Permethacin (don't hold me to that spelling) - anyway, it's the chemical in over the counter lice treatment products. Because I live in an apartment community, so close to other people - I purchased a few cans of RID Lice Spray at my local Walgreen's when I moved in and as a preventative measure, sprayed my mattress, box springs, bedding etc. the day I moved in. I also sprayed again 6 months later, and will spray again each 6 months that I live there. I'd rather be safe than sorry.
Q:Are these bed bugs in the picture?
Bed bugs do not have wings and the insects in your picture do. I've provided a resource that has pictures of bed bugs at each life stage. Bed bugs are also confused with roaches and beetles, which are also pictured in the resource.
Q:bed liner spray?
We have the Rhino Lining Spray-On bedliner I know the business that did it, did sand first. We are VERY happy with Rhino Lining. Just make sure you go to someone experienced or it can be a mess. Just like our guy told us, anyone can put it on, but it doesn't mean it's on there right.
Q:Is this bedding be okay for rats?
Yeah that's fine :)
Q:question about tanning beds?
High pressure beds are stronger and will get you tanner faster.
Q:Bed thickness determination of rock?
I see this question a lot and my answer is that a thicker unique and identifiable bed represents a stable environment at both the coast and the uplands. So the environmental changes are minimal as each bed represents a pattern at work during the beds deposition. When the conditions change the beds character will change. The change could indicate a receding coast line or a state of erosion levels in the uplands. For example when a sandstone bed starts to turn arkose--more feldspar fragments this indicates a maturing erosion cycle upland when the erosion surface cuts into the plutonic core of the headlands of the delivery drainage system. We would not or course consider these to be the same beds. Beds are measured from demarcation to demarcation. Conversely, a succession of thinner beds-- alternating between grain sizes( less mature) or composition( silt vs sandstone) indicates a less stable , more dynamically changing environment; e.g. a change in coastline (aka sea level) and/or mountain uplift/wasting/erosion in the forelands. An uncomformity between beds represents a drastic change of no deposition and probable erosion. ...
Q:if i sleep in a bed with bed bugs can i transfer it to a clean bed?
Yes. Bed bugs make your skin itch because they like to burrow and plant their eggs in dark, warm places such as skin creases (elbows, backs of knees, etc). As for transferring them to bedding, this is a huge problem because once you have any of their material on you (such as eggs or the bugs themselves) it quickly spreads to all your linens (bedding, towels, etc). YOU need to contact your local health authorities for proper instructions on how to rid your entire household of the bugs. I hope you are able to get things under control quickly. Good luck.
Q:bed bugs ?
In the early stages of an infestation, bed bugs will be found around the seams and tufts of the mattress, while later on, they’ll spread to cracks in the bed frame and then to gaps behind baseboards, pictures, window and door casings, wallpaper, and other similar shelters. Look for the insects, their cast skins, and eggs near crevices. Check pillowcases, sheets, and the mattress for bloodstains, smears, or flecks (the sign of their feeding). When their populations are high, you may notice a pungent, sickly-sweet odor that’s smells like raspberries. Examine the room thoroughly, moving in a logical pattern. Use a flashlight to peer behind and underneath furniture and woodwork. Look under all items that are attached to or against the wall. Check possible hiding places such as seams, creases, tufts, and folds of the mattress and box spring cracks in the bed frame and head board underneath chairs, couches, beds, dustcovers between the cushions of upholstered furniture underneath area rugs and the edges of carpets between the folds of drapery or curtains in the drawers of night stands, dressers, etc. behind the baseboards around door and window casings behind electrical switch plates under loose wallpaper, paintings, posters, etc. in cracks in the plaster in telephones, radios, clocks, and similar places
Q:bedding websites???
Q:Can you put a full size bed on risers?
I am using bed risers for my full size bed right but it all depends on the bed. I think that you need to check out the label/package (if you still have it) for information on how much weight the risers can hold. If you don't, I would look at other risers that are the store which are similar to yours. I know that mine can only hold 300 pounds, which includes the frame, the mattress, and me... So, it all depends on how heavy your bed is and how durable your risers are!
