I don't know how that got started, but it is a possibility. Any transmitter/receiver combination has the possibility to interfere with some other combination. To my knowledge, it has never happened with aircraft. The law against cell phone use is not an FAA rule, but an FCC rule. Reason:You will tie up every tower in range of your cell phone while in an aircraft. As any radio operator should know, the higher your antenna the better reception you will get.

Mobile phones can apparently be used to make telephone calls -- or so I'm told.? PDAs are useful for keeping a list of appointments, etc., and providing reminders of them.? There are many other uses of them, probably all real life.? I actually can't think of any uses that aren't real life, now that I come to think about it!

Q:Hi. Lets try this again and see if anyone knows I recently upgraded to a new cell phone(an LG Dare with Verizon) and am now able to get into yahoo Messenger. My question is when I sign into Messenger using my mobile phone, is there a way to show myself asavailable to some of my contacts and not to the others at the same time? It's a good phone, I have it myself. You can put episodes of your favorite tv show on it, and watch it. You can put Twitter on it. It has a Opera Browser (free Internet) its really good for texting good quality pictures Instant messaging I would definitly recemend this phone!

I even have the cingular walkman. It became cool at first yet now it is kinda boring. So on Saturday im gettin the pantech duo. it particularly is an incredible telephone and would slide up like a widespread telephone and the sideways for an entire qwerty keyboard. it is kinda like the LG rumor yet extra helpful. stable luck!
