Q:I have a w385 Krzer on Boost Mobile's UNLTD plan. I like the Krzer and all but I'd like a new phone but keep the same number and plan. I was just on their site and was looking at all their phones but there is no option to buy a new phone in replacement of your other. the Krzer w385 does not have a SIM card so I can't but another phone online to swap card into I don't think. Well, it depends on the wireless carrier you have, and what you do with your phone. If you love taking pictures all the time, get one with a really good camera like that new LG Viewty or whatever it's called. If you like texting, get one with a full QWERTY keyboard, and if you're a businessperson or browse the web a lot, look into a smartphone.

One advertises it can be used by employers who want to monitor their employees activity on company cell phones and computers, also for parents to monitor their minor children's whereabouts and activity. It is against the law. You have to sign a waiver stating that you are the owner of the phone, computer etc that is being monitored.

No. T-Mobile does not carry the iPhone, and is unlikely that they can cough up the cash Apple wants in advance to sell the iPhone. If you want an iPhone, you will have to buy an unlocked GSM model. You will not get high speed data though.

When you fly in, there are several booths belonging to the different mobile phone companies. you can buy a prepaid SIM card from any of them. There's Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan Taketa, Far EasTone and couple others. I picked up Far EasTone, and and you can get refill IF cards at any 7-11.

You can, or you can get one with a SIM already installed and get the mobile phone provider to transfer your old number to the new SIM. This process takes a few days. The main difference is that using your old SIM will mean that you are still using the same network. If a different network is offering the phone and/or calls etc more cheaply, take the second option with a new SIM on the new network, and your old number transfers to the new network.
