Ceramic fiber product is made from high quality Gao-ling clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process. It is asbestos free. No chemical binder is added. Double-side needling provides blanket with great tensile or handing strength for easy installation.

There are four kinds of ceramic fiber products according to the temperature and chemical content. They are STD(1260),HP(1260),HA(1350, high alumina),HZ(1430,contain ZrO2).

1) For the blanket, the bulk density will be 64kg/m3, 96 kg/m3, 128 kg/m3, 160 kg/m3.

2) For the paper, the bulk density will be 160-220 kg/m3.

3) For the board, the bulk density will be 240-400kg/m3.

Q:What’s the principle of ceramic fiber casing production?
Mainly referring to the traditional textile production process, and by spinning the aluminum silicate refractory fiber into yarn, using the glass fiber or heat-resistant steel wire as reinforced material, adopting special textile technology and equipment, ceramic fiber casing is thus braided. 1. Q:How to keep ceramic fiber board?
Ceramic fiber board is rigid and high temperature resistant ceramic fiber board, using injection fiber as the raw material of ceramic fiber board and adding a definite proportion of the binder and packing grade additives. It is fully dispersed into paste in the mud pits through beater. It is pumped into the forming pool and stirred by using compressed air. It is made by putting mould into the forming pool and making the fiber pulp adsorbed on the mould by using the principle of vacuum. Ceramic fiber board is characterized by low thermal conductivity, good high temperature stability, resistance to air flow scouring, uniform density, excellent thermal shock resistance, excellent chemical erosion resistance( except phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid and strong alkali) and easy installation. It has good heat insulation capacity, which contributes to reducing the energy cost and cycle time and protects the furnace shell from the influence of heat shocks. It can also be directly used as refractory materials.
