Q:Kinds of refractory mortar
Refractory mortar can be divided into ordinary refractory material and special refractory material. Ordinary refractory materials can be divided into acidic, neutral and alkaline refractory materials chemical properties. Special refractory material can be divided into high temperature oxide, refractory compounds and high-temperature composite materials according to their components. Furthermore, according to refractoriness, it can be divided into general refractory products (1580 ~ 1770 ℃), high grade refractory products (1770 ~ 2000 ℃) and super refractory products (2000 ℃ above). It can be divided into bulks (standard bricks, special-shaped bricks, etc.), special shapes (crucible, sagger, pipe, etc.), fibrous (aluminum silicate, zirconia filter and boron carbide , etc.) and indefinite shape (refractory clay, pouring materials and ramming mass, etc.). According to the sintering process, it is divided into sintered products, fused cast products and melting jetting products.
Q:What types of steel are silicious quicksand and chromium quicksand used in respectively?
Chromium quicksand can be used in steel-making process that has longer refining time like LF, VD and RH, in stainless steel drainage and thin plate drainage agent. Silicious quicksand is used in short steel-making process, process that is less than 45 seconds or process without refining. You can consult Hua Heng for details or inspect it by yourself.
Q:Why should graphitic refractory materials be used now that graphite can burn?
In theory, any substance can burn as long as certain temperature is reached. Graphite is turned from diamond under anaerobic condition and at high temperature of 2 000 ~ 3 000 ℃. that is to say, ignition point of graphite (lamellar graphite ) under anaerobic condition will be at least above 3 000 ℃. There are many types of graphite, and their ignition points are also different. Ignition point of pyrolytic graphite is much low. Except for a few cutting-edge areas, fire endurance demand for most areas in daily life (eg. brake pad will add a certain amount of graphite) is under 1000 ℃. Therefore, graphite can be used as refractory material. That is, graphite can both burn and can be used as refractory material, which are not contradictory.
Q:what textures of furnace refractories are good?
Common ceramics use ordinary clay and high alumina bricks, as well as thermal insulation bricks, calcium silicate boards and fiber cotton. The vessels fired with potter's earth are called pottery, and the vessels fired with porcelain clay are called porcelain. Ceramic is generic term of pottery, stoneware and porcelain. The objects taking the two different types of clay as the raw materials, like, potter's earth and porcelain clay, and made through the technological process of ingredients, forming, drying and roasting, ect. can be called ceramics.
Q:What are the applications of refractory in petroleum?
It can be used in chemical filler. For general process, some insulation parts also need to use refractory.
Q:What's meaning of CN of fire-resistant material?
The commonly used preparation methodsinclude shock compression, high-pressure pyrolysis, ion implantation, reactive sputtering, plasma chemical vapor deposition, electrochemicaldeposition, ion beam sputtering, , low-energy ion radiation, pulsed arc discharge, pulsed laser inducing, etc. But the compounding result of superhard materialis not ideal due to deposition of amorphous CN film, nanometer level sizedC3N4 crystalline grain set in the amorphous film and few large graincrystal.
Q:how does the fire endurance of first rate fire resistant window?
Not less than 1.5 hours
Q:Introduction to refractory material
Refractory material refers to inorganic non-metallic materials with refractoriness of no less than 1580℃. Refractoriness refers to the centigrade temperature of refractory cone sample in the case of no load when resisting high temperature without softening. But the refractoriness alone cannot descript the refractory material, thus 1580℃ is not absolute. Now refractory material is defined as material used in high temperature allowed by its chemical properties. Refractory material is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, machinery manufacturing, silicate and power industrial area, of which the application in metallurgy accounts for the largest part of 50% ~ 60% of total output.
Q:What are the requirements for fire rating of construction suspended ceiling material ?
In fireproof design of all parts in interior decoration, fireproof design of suspended ceiling is the most important. Because the flame is burning up in fire and the suspended ceiling is the first and most direct part to test fire; at the same time, it has a direct impact on the evacuation. Therefore, in indoor suspended ceiling decoration design, fireproof work should be considered fully. Code of fire prevention design of interior decoratio of buildings has detailed provisions for fireproof performance of indoor suspended ceiling materiial of different civil buildings. Suspended ceiling (sprung roof) refers to the top decoration of a house. Suspended ceiling, an important sub-project in construction decoration project, and the hidden layer of electrical equipment, ventilation and air condition, communication and fireproof, alarm pipelines, etc. has the functions of thermal insulation, sound insulation and absorption. Suspended ceiling plays an important role on the entire house decoration. Proper decoration to the house top surface, can not only beautify indoor environment, but also create a colorful interior artistic image. When choosing decoration materials and design of suspended ceiling, you should follow the principle of saving material, being solid, safe, beautiful and practical.
Q:Who knows what is the external wall thermal insulation materials for level A fireproofing?
In general, external wall thermal insulation materials can be divided into level A and level B by combustion grading. Level A is non-combustible material, and level B is combustible materials. A few years ago, the fire of the CCTV Building and Shenyang Hotel put the blame on the level B material. At present, the level A material is widely used, and the prices of same level A materials may be even cheaper than the level B material. Level A material is generally divided into thermal mortar, phenolic foam board, rock wool board and foam cement board. I hope this information can be helpful to you. Hope you adopt.
