Ceramic Fiber Blanket Liners of Industrial Furnace Application

Fiber Blanket Introduction

Ceramic fiber blanket is made from high quality Gao-ling clay,high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process.the ceramic fiber blanket series includes STD/HP/HA/HZ,according to the different service temperature range from 1050-1350 oC.
The products are mainly used as inner lining for kilns in the metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery and electrons, ceramics industries, etc., and insulating material for nuclear power industry.

Fiber Blanket Features

1.Low thermal conductivity,low thermal capacity;
2.High wervice temperature,and can contact with the flame directly;
3.Good thermal stability, chemical stability and thermal shock resistance;
4.Good sound and heat insulation ability;
5.Easy to construct and convenient to use.

Q:Need some help with knitting a sweaterI am knitting with a pattern that produces a 40'' chest measurement with a size 8 needle for the ribbing and then a size 10 for the rest of the sweater in worsted weight cotton (4quot; x 4quot; 20S x 26R)I am using medium weight wool blend yarn (4x4 18S x 24R)The sweater is for my wife and she has a chest that measures 45''The ribbing starts out small by casting on 68 stitches then adding 13 stitches evenly (over 13 rows) to make 81 and then binds off at the arm holes.My question is I already know that I need to add extra inches for the chest, to do that would I add stitches to make up the measurement or leave it as it is? Since it calls for a size 10 needle for the main part of the sweater (increasing the gauge anyways) would I need to add anything since I'm not using cotton (does that matter)? I'm just worried that if I add too much, once I block it, it will stretch too much.

Q:Hi there, 20 year old, fairly active (though I could stand to lose a few pounds) woman hereA few people have mentioned that I tend to uh, well, burp and fart quite a bit, and I've noticed that they're rightI am a college student and therefore don't eat quite as well as I should, (read: I eat fruits and veggies like once a week,) but I don't eat any red meat and take care to avoid spicy foods.Ideas?
Simply because you mentioned the food thinghere's a summary of foods that could potentially increase the amount of gas you release Foods that cause gas Most foods that contain carbohydrates can cause gasBy contrast, fats and proteins cause little gasSugars The sugars that cause gas are raffinose, lactose, fructose, and sorbitolRaffinoseBeans contain large amounts of this complex sugarSmaller amounts are found in cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli, asparagus, other vegetables, and whole grainsLactoseLactose is the natural sugar in milkIt is also found in milk products, such as cheese and ice cream, and processed foods, such as bread, cereal, and salad dressingMany people, particularly those of African, Native American, or Asian background, normally have low levels of lactase, the enzyme needed to digest lactose, after childhoodAlso, as people age, their enzyme levels decreaseAs a result, over time people may experience increasing amounts of gas after eating food containing lactoseFructoseFructose is naturally present in onions, artichokes, pears, and wheatIt is also used as a sweetener in some soft drinks and fruit drinksSorbitolSorbitol is a sugar found naturally in fruits, including apples, pears, peaches, and prunesIt is also used as an artificial sweetener in many dietetic foods and sugar-free candies and gumsStarches Most starches, including potatoes, corn, pasta, and wheat, produce gas as they are broken down in the large intestineRice is the only starch that does not cause gasFiber Many foods contain soluble and insoluble fiberSoluble fiber dissolves easily in water and takes on a soft, gel-like texture in the intestinesFound in oat bran, beans, peas, and most fruits, soluble fiber is not broken down until it reaches the large intestine, where digestion causes gasInsoluble fiber, on the other hand, passes essentially unchanged through the intestines and produces little gasWheat bran and some vegetables contain this kind of fiber.
Q:hello i have a question on thisif you suffer from hypothyroidism but eat cooked vegetables high on fiber would you still gain body fat?
You can use bread crumbs and a bit of water to help bind the ground meat, but eggs work betterSeason with salt, pepper, garlic, minced onion, or whatever you want.
Q:i just installed a 12 in sub in my truck with a box that i madei really just wanted to get it in there so i went head thinkin if i need the insulation, i could add it laterthe thing is, i dont know what difference ot would makeif it does do something noticeable, can you tell me what, and what type of insulation to put in it?-Thanks
I'm just going to say stay in schoolBut yes, you got ripped off, as you put it in your teenage langoYou would not have to question if you got off or not, even with one doseSeriously tho, stay in school, and don't get lost in some sht kid, Its easy to doI don't advocate L.D.S In any way, even if I was raised MormonIt can make you goofy kid, permanentlyBe careful, stay clean, nothing more to addYou don't want to take too much as a novice moron, I mean Mormon.
Q:I am looking for pink varigated yarn, does anyone know where i can find it?
I would try Michael's craft store if you have one near youThey have a good selection of yarnAlso look at Jo-Ann Fabrics and, if you live in Ohio, Pat Catan'sWal-Mart generally carries yarn, as well, but not in abundanceThere are also specialty stores in pretty much every state so I would do a google search for yarn stores and your city or the next closest city to you.
Q:After straighting my hair it looks puffy & not superstraight?
First-glad you're taking the plunge! ; ) To answer your questionit depends on if your city picks it up and how they like itIn my town, everything but glass is picked up, and it doesn't have to be pre-sortedSo I have two trash cans side by side in the kitchen-one for trash and one for recyclingI collect glass in an old cat food bag (they're thick) on the back porchWhen I empty small trash cans, I first pull out recyclablesGlass I have to take in to a recycling centerIf, however, I had to take it all in to the recycling center, I'd probably have a sorting system at homeBecause at my particular center there are different dumpsters for different things (1 plastic, 2 plastic, glass, aluminum, steel, newpaper, mixed paper, and cardboard) and I wouldn't want to spend an extended amount of time at the recycling center, it would just make sense to pre-sortSo, really, it depends on the recycling system available to you how hard or easy it will be and what the best way to organize it will beDo a little research on your municipality, think a bit, and you should be able to find something that will work for you(And if it doesn't, tweak it.)
Q:which is better for insulating a basement? looking to help keep my main floor warm in the winterWe have cathedral ceilings and lots of WindowsI do the window film and we have insulation in the attic but its gets almost as cold inside as it is outsideany other ideas
Bubble wrap insulation takes-up less space, but rolls of fiberglass has a higher R value normallyedit: Actually, styrofoam sheets are better than both of them - but very expensive - about $7 per 4 X 8 sheet of 1 inch thick styrofoam
Q:I weigh 215lbs, and since it's a new year, i would like to lose weightI would love to be 50 pounds lighter b4 2013Can anyone me advise?
I am the only one in the family who really cares, so I had to make recycling easy or I wouldn't get the others to do their partMy plan is simple, I have two garbage cans in the kitchen, they are in a cabinet and they are connectedOne is for garbage the other for recyclablesWhen the bin is full it is taken to the outside garbage area and is sortedI also have a paper only trash can in the den, which is where I sort the mail and pay billsI've recently added a small can with a lid for my kitchen green waste, I feen most of it to my new worm farm, Lots of fun, or I can just toss it into the grenn waste bin near the garbage canI allow my son to keep all the money from the recycling to help motivate him to sort it all, that includes items we don't get paid for like paper and some plasticsRecycle bins can be anything that works for you, they can be attractive or hiddenI just know that if you have to take a trip to the garage everytime you pour a soda you are not as likely to put it in the recycle bin.
