Corumdum mullite series castable refractory cement for Petrolchemical&Coal Chemical Industry

Corundum mullite series castables features:
1. high refractoriness
2. good chemical stability
3. high strength

1.   The corundum mullite series castables, prepared with tabular alumina, white fused alumina, fused mullite, etc. as starting materials, are characterized by high refractoriness, good chemical stability, high strength, etc.. The castables with Al2O3≥94% are corumdum castables.

2.   The castables are mainly used for on-site casting and off-site precasting for working linings of high temperature refining chemical equipment in chemical and metallurgical industry.

Q:How many kinds of refractory materials are there in the EI?
I suggest that you contribute articles to foreign SCI journals for the odds are better, and generally the articles that fill the bill will not be rejected. The traditional refractory materials can contribute to EI journal. If being rejected by EI journal, you can also contribute to Russia's journal Industrial Ceramics and Refractories. I didn't contribute to the Journal of Wuhan University of Science and Technology, the receiving cycle is almost 3 to 4 months. Though the impact factor is low, domestic EI journal is not so good, it is still SCI journal. This is my own experience, please take my advice. The best journals are the Journal of the American Ceramic Society and the Journal of the European Ceramic Society, I heard that they are not bad. But the best domestic EI refractory material journal is the Journal of The Chinese Ceramic Society. It is very long, but if it belongs to your university, it is another pair of shoes. Journals now all want to have materials about functional ceramics, and they don't want Chinese articles, if your English is not well enough, you can choose Ceramics International and Japan Ceramics but they have strict manuscripts reviewing standards.
Q:The principle of choosing fire-resistant material in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering equipment.
What thermal equipment? The most simple principle is durable, low cost and with no environmental pollution.
Q:What are the commonly used admixture for alumina-magnesia refractory? What are the impacts on its performance?
Sodium silicate, pure calcium aluminate cement, boric acid
Q:What is shapeless refractory?
Q:How many grades of fire rating are there for interior decoration materials?
It can be divided into structural material and base material based on materials. It can also be divided into flammable, flame retardant and non-combustible materials based on fireproof types. There is no fire rating for materials. But lengths of time of flammability limits are different.
Q:who knows the fire resistant level of fireproof gypsum board ?
The most commonly used ceiling decoration materials rates B1, including gypsum board, fibrous plaster, cement particle board, mineral wool sound-absorbing panels, glass wool decorative acoustic panel absorber, perlite decorating acoustic board, nonflammable plywood, nonflamable medium density fiberboard, mineral wool decorative board, flame retardant wood, aluminum foil composites, flame retardant phenolic plywood, aluminum foil glass fiber reinforced plastic composite materials. The fire gypsum board fire rating can reach A. Of course, many of the suspended ceiling gypsum board of inferior quality rates below B1. plasterboard is non-flammable B1 level products. There are introductions in Fireproof Specification of National Standard Building Interior Decoration Design. plaster board mounted on steel stud can be used as A level decoration materials. in accordance with the national fire safety rules on fire durance of walls and ceilings and other components. we can not simply say whether a piece of gypsum board can meet the requirements.
Q:What is the fire resistance thickness of the thin fire-retardant coatings?
There is no detailed requirement on the thickness of the thin steelwork fireproof coatings and the thickness there refers to a certain thickness which must(at least) have fire resistance for a certain time. The thickness of fireproof coatings in engineering generally depends on the manufacturer's test reports. Our thin steelwork fireproof coatings: the fire resistance is 2.5 hours, the thickness is 4.9 mm, the fire resistance is 2.0 hours, the thickness is 3.5 mm, the fire resistance is 1.5 hours, the thickness is 1.75 mm, the fire resistance is 1.0 hours, the thickness is 1.17 mm.
Q:What are the models of refractory cables?
There are bout four types. 1.NA-YJV / NB-YJV Crosslinked polyethylene insulated PVC sheath A (B) class fire-resistant power cable 2.NA-YJV22 / NB-YJV22 Crosslinked polyethylene insulated steel belt braiding PVC sheath A (B) class fire-resistant power cable 3.WDNA-YJY / WDNB-YJY Crosslinked polyethylene insulated polyolefin sheath A (B) class low smoke no halogen fire retardant power cable 4.WDNA-YJY23 / WDNB-YJY23 Crosslinked polyethylene insulated steel belt braiding polyolefin sheath A (B) class low smoke no halogen fire retardant power cable
Q:What is the appropiate thickness if fire resistant time for ultra thin steel structure coating is 2.5 hours?
A level fire resistant steel structure building steel column cannot be constructed with super thin steel structure fire retardant coating, because the ultra thin steel structure fire retardant limit is less than 3 hours. Thin fire retardant coating for steel structure is water borne fireproof coatings painted on the surface of steel structure. It will form carbonized fireproof heat insulation protective layer to insulate oxygen and delay the speed of heating steel structure when it catches on fire, avioding the rapid temperature rise of steel structure and increasing its fire resistant limit. Fire resistance performance: The 2mm coating ≥ 60min, 3mm 100min.
Q:Who knows what is the requirement for fireproofing of interior decoration materials ?
In addition to the underground building, combustion performance level of interior decoration materials inside windowless room , in addition to a class, should advance 1 level based on the original provisions . Library, archives and rooms storing artifacts, ceilings, walls should use class A decoration materials, and the ground should use decoration materials no lower than class B. When high temperature parts of lighting and lighting lamps and lanterns are close to non - grade A decoration materials should be taken, fire prevention measures such as thermal insulation and heat dissipation must be taken. Combustion performance level of materials used for lighting should be no lower than B. Kitchen ceiling, wall and floor should used class a decoration materials.
