A quality surface plate for any workshop or model engineer. Made from high quality close grained cast iron which has been stress relieved against distortion and precisely finished by planing and hand scraping.

Usage:

It is applicable to various inspections and benchmark planes for accuracy measurement. It can be used as the measurement benchmark for machine tool inspection and to inspect the dimension accuracy or running difference with the function of performing precise lineation. Materials and Processing:

The material of our surface plate is high strength Cast Iron HT200-300,working surface degree of hardness is HB170-240, undergoes two manual handlings(artificial annealing 600 degrees-700 degrees with natural aging 2-8years) to make the product stable in accuracy and good in grinding resistance.

The following products’ materials and processing are the same except ductile iron.
