Aerogel Insulation Felts

Using special nanotechnology, It combines a silica aerogel with reinforcing fibers to deliver very low thermal conductivity, low density and good flexibility in an environmentally safe product. It provides excellent properties of waterproof, sound absorption and shock absorption. It is an alternative to the common, environment unfriendly, inferior insulation products, such as PU, asbestos insulation felt, silicate fibers, etc.

(1).Superior Thermal Performance

The maximum use temperature is 1000,Its thermal conductivity is 1/3~1/5 of common insulators, helping reduce heat loss and optimizing space utility.

(2). Long service life

Unlike other traditional insulation materials, aerogel ’s three- dimensional, structure inhibits sintering warpage, and particles stack which may occur under hot temperature for long time. Therefore, aerogel insulation has long service life.

Yes, it itself is grade A incombustible material.
Q:If the glass wool is used for thermal insulation outside seamless steel tube, should the pipe be rust-proof and sprayed paint?
It doesn't matter if you odn't brush rust-proof paint and ready mixed paint. If you have brushed rust-proof paint on seamless steel tube, it is OK without ready mixed paint, but it will shorten the operation life of the steel pipe.

Sound-absorbing boards must be more than 80K at least, we use boards of 96K.
Q:Are thermal insulation glass wool boards hydrophobic?
Do not believe any hydrophobic agents. Products being processed with silicone hydrophobic agents have a short hydrophobic phase, and the performan of which has no guarantee. The thermal insulation performance of A-level glass wool products are poor which may lead to inferior wallboard engineerings.
Q:What is the construction process of external wall glass wool board?
Construction method: First, fix the glass wool to the wall with insulation supporting pins to prevent falling. A vapor barrier must be built on the surface of glass wool in order to prevent moisture condensation in the air within the glass wool, which may lead to the decrease of thermal insulation performance.

Glass wool belongs to class A nonflammable material.
