Product Description:

1.Description

Aerogel Insulation Felts

Using special nanotechnology, It combines a silica aerogel with reinforcing fibers to deliver very low thermal conductivity, low density and good flexibility in an environmentally safe product. It provides excellent properties of waterproof, sound absorption and shock absorption. It is an alternative to the common, environment unfriendly, inferior insulation products, such as PU, asbestos insulation felt, silicate fibers, etc.

2.Specifications

1.Superior Thermal Performance
2.Long service life
3.Environmentally Safe
4.Sound resistance

 3. Advantages

(1).Superior Thermal Performance

The maximum use temperature is 1000,Its thermal conductivity is 1/3~1/5 of common insulators, helping reduce heat loss and optimizing space utility.

(2). Long service life

Unlike other traditional insulation materials, aerogel ’s three- dimensional, structure inhibits sintering warpage, and particles stack which may occur under hot temperature for long time. Therefore, aerogel insulation has long service life.

(3). Physically Robust:
It has flexibility and high tensile strength, resisting stretching and stress from linear contraction when temperature changes.

(4). Environmentally Safe:
Composed of inorganic materials, it contains no hazard. Stripping little chloridionm will cause no corrosion to the equipments and pipes.

Sound resistance and Shock Absorption
sound resistance and shock absorption help better the environment quality.

(5). Easy to Install
Extremely low density (200kg/m3) contributes to easy-to-cut and easy-to-install.

Q:Which thermal insulation materials are the best for air-conditioners? Is it rubber and plastic, PEF or glass wool?
Rubber and plastic is a better choice for conduits.
Q:What are the hazards of glass wool to body?
Non-environmentally friendly materials, the Olympic venues banned: In view of the glass wool is not environmental factors, the State Ministry of Construction and the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau issued the relevant provisions
Q:Who know the construction technology of glass wool?
I would like to give a brief introduction to the usage of glass wool as the thermal insulation for equipment. 1, Cleaning dust on the surface of equipment. 2, Using adhesive to glue the iron sheet of insulation nails (iron sheet of one square centimeter will be fed in the middle with a slightly harder iron wire of about 8 centimeters) on the surface of the device. Distribution density depends on the weight of glass wool. If insulated cotton is 1 m * 0.5 m, it merely needs to glue seven to eight pieces of iron sheet. When glue of iron sheet finished, the device is like a hedgehog. 3. Once insulation nails sticked firmly, it needs to affix to glass wool, fixing it with a piece of spare iron sheet with a hole in the middle of it (it is round and is a set with insulation nails), and then bend the redundant part of iron wire.
Q:What is the fire rating of fireproof sound-insulating glass wool board?
Generally we do not use A1, A2 but A class, which is non-combustible levels. A level is higher than the B level. B-level is divided into B1and B2. B1 stands for flame retardant type and B2 combustible type. rock wool and glass wool both rates A class. secondly, Rockwool can endure high temperature of 800 degrees, glass wool 450 degrees.bulk density of rockwool is heavier than that of glass wool. And glass wool has better waterproof performance.
Q:Which is the more commonly used thermal insulation material between thermal insulation glass silk wool and rock wool?
Glass wool is a little better in that it has a lighter volume-weight than rock wool and better water-resistance ability, but it is more expensive than rock wool a lot of density, waterproof performance is better than lighter than wool to wool, but glass wool is more expensive in price per unit. In terms of fireproof effect, rock wool is definitely superior to glass wool. Rock wool has a maximum temperature of 1100 ℃, whereas glass wool has only 600 ℃. In addition, if used in the external walls, since glass wool has a limited volume-weight, which can merely reach at 60 to 90 in general, but rock wool have a volume-weight up to 140, so present-day external walls will not employ glass wool in general. Instead, rock wool is usually available because it is a A-level fireproof material. Glass wool is slightly lower than roock wool in thermal conductivity, while rock wool has longer fiber length. As for prices, glass wool per ton is more expensive than rock wool, but if the price is measured by per square, glass wool then is cheaper than rock wool.
Q:What's the performance and difference of rock wool and glass wool fireproofing material?
Rock wool and glass wool belong to Class A fireproofing rating, secondly, rock wool can endure high temperature of 800 degrees, glass wool high temperature of 450 degrees, again, unit weight of rock wool is relatively heavier and unit weight of glass wool is lighter, finally, glass wool has better waterproof performance.
Q:Behind the wall at the head of bedroom is an elevator, but how can indulate sound? Waht do you think if install silicic acid board of 12 centimeters plus glass wool and splint fo 9 centimeters and then nail soft package background in the rear?
1, It is advisable to buy another house because this case autually attirbutes to serious defect of the housing design. 2, You can try to change the bed to the opposite direction. 3, If adopted sound proof wall, you can refer to the pictures I offered. 4, Using board of 9cm can effectivley reduce low frequency noise of elevator.
Q:Glass wool can be used at zero degrees
Intermediate fiber starch adhesive products, -35 ~ 300 ℃. Intermediate fiber phenolic resin products, -35 ~ 350 ℃. Glass wool asphalt bonding products, -20 ~ 250 ℃.
Q:Centrifugal glass wool board and flexible foam rubber insulation, which one is better?
Glass wool board has good fireproof performance and can endure higher temperature than the rubber material, which is cheap. Rubber material has poor fireproof performance. It has insulation performace no better than other materials.
Q:What environmental pollutions will be created during the production of glass wool?
The thermoset resin used in the production of glass wool contains various free formaldehydes which are harmful to the environment.
