Q:I've wanted an industrial/scaffold piercing for ages! My mum is finally looking into letting me have it done. Any advice about it? How can I hide it for school? What's the healing time? :) thank you for any feed back.

Healing time is generally 6 months. It doesn't hurt to get it pierced but it's very sensitive after its pierced, DO NOT roll the bar around cuz you can damage the cartilage that way, and keep it super clean

Q:I really want a scaffold piercing and I can pay for it, I get good grades, I do all the chores I have to do, I spoke to them calmly and everything. Yet they still won't let me. My dad said that I will be grounded forever and everything but last time I got grounded, I went to a party the next day so what should I do?

im talking from experience-scaffold piercings are VERY painful, and take a long time to heal. so there wouldnt be any way you could take it out to hide it for a good few months! it really isnt a great piercing to get unless you can openly look after it properly. anyway you shouldnt disregard what your parents say...i know thats what you want to do!lol really though, its very painfull!

Q:Which hurts less, the piercing at the top of the ear, or the piercing from one side of the upper ear to the other?Thanks. =)

Helix will be less painful. It's kind of obvious that it would be a helix is probably one of the easiest piercings you can get I got mine done when I was like 13 and I didn't even flinch getting it done. A scaffold is definitely more intense. After all there are 2 incisions for this piercings so it's gong to be twice as tough. It's sore haling too, the bar is awkward and when it moves it hurts. A helix is far easier :)

Q:I really want to get one done and I would like it if someone could tell me how badly does it really hurt? During and after. I know everybody has different pain thresholds but on average? I'm just nervous to get it done but really want another piercing on my ears. I have my lobes and a cartilage on my right ear. How easy is it to clean? rate in numbers as well as a description. My lip piercing did not harm in any respect. i've got not got an anti-tragus piercing, yet I do have a ordinary tragus piercing and that harm even under the lip. To be elementary, they are the two very tolerable. My navel piercing harm better than the two one in each of them.

i've not had scaffolding but i've got a wide range of cartilage piercings and they take about 12weeks to heal... i would just say be careful not to catch it and keep it clean. good luck :)
