BMP AZ50 Rolled Steel Coil for Sandwich Panel

Description of BMP AZ50 Rolled Steel Coil for Sandwich Panel
Prepainted Rolled steel Coil is a kind of coated steel coil/sheet. With the cold rolled steel of different strength and thickness as substrate, it is produced through applying Al-Zn coat on both faces by hot dip process. In its coating, Al accounts for about 55%, Si 1.6%, while the remaining is Zn. Aluminum zinc coils enjoys both the physical protective feature and durability of Al and the electrochemical protective property of Zn. And its surface has bright silver color and regular embossed-like figure, which are highly decorative.

Main Feature of BMP AZ50 Rolled Steel Coil for Sandwich Panel

1.Corrosion resistance: It mainly depends on the aluminum protection. When the zinc being worn, the aluminum will  form a dense layer of aluminum oxide, resist corrosion material to prevent further corrosion inside.
2. Heat resistance: Aluminum zinc alloy steel sheet has excellent heat resistance, can withstand high temperatures over 300 centigrade, and is similar with aluminized steel high temperature oxidation resistance. It often used in chimney pipes, ovens, fluorescent lighting device and the device cover.
3. Heat reflective: Galvanized steel plate heat-reflective high rate is twice as galvanized steel, often used to make insulation materials.
4. Economy: Because density of 55% AL-Zn is smaller than the density of Zn, so in the same weight and thickness of Galvanized zinc layer, aluminum-zinc steel plate is larger area more than 3% of galvanized steel sheet.

Q:Why is iron stronger than steel?
This Site Might Help You. RE: Why is iron stronger than steel? I was watching a documentary on the samurai vs the European knight. It said that the when Japan was being invaded by the (cant remember) they needed a new weapon. The enemies armor made iron swords useless. While steel swords broke when in combat. So to combat this the Japanese made a hybrid...
Q:Why was there molten steel at Ground Zero?
that's just it: there wasn't very much molten steel for the very reason you point out. Jet fuel burns at 800° to 1500°F. This is not hot enough to melt structural steel. However, engineers say that for the World Trade Center towers to collapse, their steel frames didn't need to melt, they just had to lose some of their structural strength. Steel will lose about half its strength at 1,200 degrees F. The steel will also become distorted when heat is not a uniform temperature. after the collapse, a LOT of folks took a look at the remains. the result was the conclusion that the fire caused the central core of the building to weaken. When the floors collapsed one on top of the other, the weight was too much for the weaked core to bear, causing the result we are all familiar with. hope this helps
Q:why is ships made of steel?
aluminium is not good in saltwater Steel rusts in fresh air let alone saltwater but its alot cheaper than other mass produced metals you can rivet or weld it cheaply unlike stainless steel or Aluminium We could make them of wood but thats been tried Glass fibre and plastic is good for small boats but to do and Aircraft carrier size ship i doubt it
Q:UNITED STATES STEEL OR GE?
I would go with some in one and less in the other. Given that steel prices have collapsed (and seeing as the Chinese economy is going into a recession, they will probably stay low for a while) I would say that because US Steel is a blue chip company it will be around for the long term, but, it won't make much for a while. GE on the other hand has been beaten down thanks to some mismanagement issues under current CEO Jeffrey Immelt, however, they have a range of strong products (save for their broadcast division, RCA/NBC). Given that the stock is at a severe low with the company itself being worth quite a bit (with a fair amount of bailout funds coming to its' financial division) and the Obama administrations' green initiatives coming online over the next couple of years the demand for their products will be high. I would simply say 70/20 GE/US. Good luck.
Q:If you have a steel beam can you remove one of the poles?
Steel poles under the steel beam is required for the code in your local building area. No, do NOT remove any pole without checking with your local building dept. They are engineered to carry all the weight of the framing over it. If you chose to remove it without checking with the building dept. you can cause a serious structure problem, even a collapse of the structure. Just a phone call to your local building dept. can answer that question. They normally put a steel pole about every 14'-16' depending on the code in your area. There there for a good reason. Think smarter than the next guy, and you will keep yourself safe and your family also. Hoped this helped you go in the right direction.
Q:Why are properties of steel not identical?
Grade 440C is one of the highest strength stainless steels. It is also very wear resistant. Good for use as ball bearings and other high wear applications. 400C has the highest carbon content of the 440 steels. 440A and 440B are identical but have lower carbon contents and have lower strengths and higher corrosion.
Q:I have a question in alloy steel?
Steel is basically an alloy of iron and carbon that has more than 0% carbon and less than 2% carbon. The alloy of carbon and iron with more than 2% carbon is considered cast iron. The bessemer process converts cast iron to steel by injecting oxygen into molter cast iron to burn off the excess carbon. Steel is also modified by adding additional elements like silicon, molydenum, vanadium, chrome, etc.
Q:is CS material is comes under Mild steel? any difference?
*Carbon steel, also called plain carbon steel or Mild Steel, is steel where the main alloying constituent is carbon. The AISI defines carbon steel as: Steel is considered to be carbon steel when no minimum content is specified or required for chromium, cobalt, columbium, molybdenum, nickel, titanium, tungsten, vanadium or zirconium, or any other element to be added to obtain a desired alloying effect; when the specified minimum for copper does not exceed 0.40 percent; or when the maximum content specified for any of the following elements does not exceed the percentages noted: manganese 1.65, silicon 0.60, copper 0.60. If it crosses limit as said, it will come under alloy steel. ASTM A 106 gr B is a carbon steel pipe and seamless Pipe for High Temperature Service. So, it will be a mild steel comes under carbon steel category.
Q:Divide elements of an alloy (Stainless Steel)?
All you have to do is heat the alloy. Since an alloy is a physical mixture heating will be able to separate the different elements according to their melting point. All elements have their own unique melting point.
Q:Is 100% carbon steel baking sheet safe?
This Site Might Help You. RE: Is 100% carbon steel baking sheet safe? Hi there! I just purchased two cookie sheets labeled as non-stick 100% carbon steel. I've never heard of carbon steel before, and I'm trying to be careful about not using certain products that are harmful to health such as aluminum and Teflon. Is this a safe metal choice for...
