Product Description:

Black Silicon Carbide for Grinding and Refractory price

Black silicon carbide is produced at high temperature in an electric resistance type furnace with quartz sand and petroleum coke as its main raw materials. Its hardness is between fused alumina and synthetic diamond. Mechanical intensity of it is higher than fused alumina. It is brittle and sharp and sharp and heat conductivity in some degree. The abrasive made of it are suitable for working on cast iron, non-ferrous metal, rock, leather, rubber, etc It is also broadly used as refractory material and metallurgical additive.

Q:How is refractory material made?
It is made from yellow mud and water.
Q:Which fire-resistant materials have good viscidity?
The viscidity of fire-resistant materials is also known as the binding performance of fire-resistant materials. It can be divided into chamotte and chemical binder. Both can work at normal or high temperature. The most commonly used chamotte are soft clay and aluminate cement. The commonly used chemical binders include sodium silicate, phosphoric acid, aluminum sulphate, aluminium phosphate, phenolic resin, etc. Fire resistant material is a complicated and overloaded system and we cannot know its materials and chemical components from the name alone. Both gunning mix and repair mix contain binder components. If they can used after adding water, then they may contain clay or fire resistan aluminum silicate cement.
Q:What's the classification of refractory material?
Magnesium aluminum is complex and mainly seeing what classification standard is like according to the appearance shape can be divided into two categories, setting and not setting according to the acid alkali can be divided into acidic, magnesia, high aluminum, ramming expected, spinel, spray coating, plastic, just the quality of the jade, daub material according to the chemical composition is divided into, such as clay, neutral and alkaline according to the operation mode can be divided into different castable, magnesium, calcium, magnesium chrome
Q:Which company needs the new refractories?
The power plants are mainly used in steel plant, lime kiln, coking plants, boilers, etc. I will try my best to answer what I can. There are too many glassworks. You can tell me more anout what you need. As long as there is a large kiln business, the refractories and aluminum manufacturer are needed.
Q:Refractory materials are needed for casting metallurgy.
Refractory material used in foundry work is that refractories for cupola furnace? Cupola is a high temperature furnace which is used for melting molten iron, and refractory material adopted is mainly low iron high grade clay brick and clay lightweight insulation bricks, etc.foundry ingot refractory material is pearl sand (also known as pearl jewelry sand, fused ceramic, ceramic sand) it is made of high quality bauxite material by arc melting furnace.
Q:How many kilns using refractories are needed? What are the furnaces respectively?
Rotary kiln, general alumina bricks, high alumina bricks, corundum - mullite brick and vertical kiln. I am limited. Please forgive me that I can only talk about what I know. There are tunnel kiln, clay brick, etc. which can be used in these kiln and shuttle kiln and so on. Shuttle kiln.
Q:Why the refractories should be waterproof and wetproof
It is necessary to like magnesium carbon, waterproof and wetproof is more important. There is a variety of refractory materials, in general, basic is defective, and wherein the binder and additives water will lose their effect, the relationship is not very high aluminum large amount of water determines how much of the performance after the hydration will affect the strength and high temperature performance ;; hydration & quot, just need a little package like magnesium and calcium-based product itself readily react with water to calcium oxide, magnesium, chromium is not all the material goods have waterproof ordinary bulk materials need to add water before use
Q:Which are roofing fireproofing material?
(1) Foamed concrete is a kind of fire-proof thermal inuslation matertial featured by good fire resistance and thermal insulation. Besides, it is also characterized by excellent sound proofing, penetration resistance, easy construction, safety and environmental protection without toxin and pollution. (2) Foam glass is featured by light weight, small heat conductivity coefficient and water absorbption, non-inflammability, fire resistance, high strength, no moulding, corrosion resistance, non-toxin and stable physical and chemical properties and thus widely used petroleum, chemical engineering and underground construction. It is also featured by thermal insualtion, heat/cold preservation and sound absorbption and thus can be used for thermal insulation of external wall and roof of civil builduing. Foam glass is featured by stable chemical property, easy to be processed and not easy to deforme, and durable. (3) With slag, basalt and other natural ore as the main raw material, rock wool, mineral wool and its products are made by high temperature melting into fiber, and then processing with binder. It has low thermal conductivity, fire resistance, easy construction and good effects of energy saving and thus is highly cost-effective. (4) With phenolic foam material as main material, phenolic resin plate is made by foaming thermoset phenolic resin. It is featured by light weight, fire resistance, no burning in the air, no smoking, non-toxin, no dropping and non-embrittlement and thus is an ideal thermal insulation material used in HAVC projects. Due to its high obturator formamen rate, low heat conductivity coefficient, good thermal insulation, water resistance and water vapor permeability, phenolic foam is an ideal thermal insulation material.
Q:What needs to be noted when choosing and using blast furnace fireproof materials? Who knows?
there are different temperatures in various parts of the blast furnace, thus using different types of refractory.
Q:What kind of refractory materials should be used for the intermediate frequency furnace to smelt manganese?
You mean furnace lining or ladle lining? Generally magnesia is used as furnace lining, but heat preservation should be practiced when shut down, or brasque would crack. Surly you can employ existing furnace lining which is sold in Tianjin, a little bit expensive, the average lining could be used for 300 furnaces. The furnaces made by magnesia myself break down after 40 furnace were finished. What I referred is a furnace weighing 2 tons, as for a bigger furnace, the existing brasque would be OK. What is the difference between furnace lining and ladle lining? Can you give me more detail about the materials of making a furnace weighing 2 ton? Why others can burn 80-90 furnace with 0.7-ton furnace; over 200 furnaces with 2 ton? What are these ingredients? What I know is just magnesia, magnesium borate, and together with boric acid, they also have many types, which one should I use? Thank you!
