Q:Members of the predecessors, I would like to ask the construction of the wooden floor on the wall
First nail the wood keel on the wall, and then use the floor nail a nail on the line! Nail the nails in the joints of each board, nail a finished, and then on a, so just to cover the nail cap!
Q:What is the difference between a floor plan and a floor finish plan?
Floor plan is the whole layout of the house from bird's eye view. Floor finish is what you use to make the floors look good.
Q:glueless laminate flooring?
yep where there is a will ther is a way. I do carpentry and ever-thing I do is perfect(and anything thats not there is always an easy fix) So for a floating floor that doesnt float of the steps scribe a pattern for each step and cut it tight and snap it in as for a finished look on the nose, rip your floor at a 45 using a laminte or solid surface blade(triple chip) then glue up your noses using exopy(epoxy is strong and fast drying) Once the tread is snaped in to place cut a lenght for your nose, apply exopy and then apply to the tread. Build a jig to apply square pressure keeping the nose from dropping or moving away from the tread and weight it down with all those books you aren't reading. Viola you have tigh fitting, nonslipping, glueless, laminate flooring. Oh yeah and if you dont want to spend the time to be a perfect carpenter just glue them, then when you are ready to pull them up come on yahoo answers and ask how to refinish a floor.
Q:From carpet to laminate flooring help?
Rip up the carpet in small sections and roll them up...carpet is heavy. Get out the knee-pads, a claw-hammer and a pair of plyers. You will need to spend several hours pulling out all the staples and tacks, the 'tackstrips' around the edges and any nails. Use floor leveling compound to level any holes or gaps. Cut and fit the underlayment carefully untill it all lays flat. Take the underlayment out completely and roll glue on the floor with a painters roller and tray. The nail or screw it down thoroughly. Mark the layout carefully on the floor with a pencil. You want to shift it around so that no row ends in less than half a tile. It is like a puzzle. Get the layout right before you start. You may want to measure the room and work it out on paper. Spread the glue with a notched trowel. Do the whole room at once, back-to-front. Lay in all the whole tiles after the glue sets up. Linoleum tiles will cut leasily with a utility knife if you warm them up with a plumbers torch first. When you are done, wipe up any glue squeeze-out with a wet rag before it dries. Start the floor off with a good coat of floor polish for a long life.
Q:Installation of floating floor?
Call or go to the place where you bought the floor and ask if they have anything to use where the floating floor will meet the step. They might have a piece of molding or something made just for that situation.
Q:What is the high cost of floor and floor tiles? The Or the same price which is good?
Most of the floor tiles than the floor expensive, high cost, the construction than the floor more complex, but durable, easy to clean, of course, see where you use
Q:Can I use a floor leveling agent over top of old vinyl flooring before I lay new no glue vinyl flooring?
Take a razor knife & score a bunch of x's into the vinyl. The product you want to use is called LevelQuick. It's at Home Depot in a red bag.It can be poured at 2in max. This can be done.
Q:Selena Gomez floor seats?
Yeah they're the closet to the stage, but at Selena's concerts you can only get floor seats, if you have Diamond Tickets or Meet- and - Greet tickets.
Q:What's the best flooring?
There is no best flooring. Choosing one is always a balancing act between price, looks, cost of installation, difficulty of maintenance, whether or not it will ever need refinishing, and comfort. School gym floors are probably maple or another hardwood, with varnish on them. More maintenance than concrete, but wood is softer and better for the kind of activities that take place in a gym. Tile, concrete, stone, and similar materials are the most durable though some woods come close.
Q:Does anyone have Duraceramic flooring?
DuraCeramic is a very good product. It is a cross between ceramic tile and vinyl. (made with a limestone base) It is designed to flex if you have movements in the floor, thus it unlikely to crack. If you choose to grout the floor, the grout is stain resistant. I have personally seen hundreds of installations on this product. It looks very real, but it is warmer & quieter. In fact we have several contractors that have installed DuraCeramic in thier personal homes, after seeing it at the job sites. I know you will love this product as well.
