Products Introduction:

Sanle fiber cement board is made of high-grade cement and modified material, reinforced by natural fiber. Being processed by high pressure and high temperature advanced technologies, Sanle fiber cement board is a new building material with excellent performances.

Fire Proof & Insulation
Class A non-inflammability, no toxic gas, low in perveance, good electric insulation material

Waterproof and Moisture Proof
In semi-outdoor area and under high temperature condition, performance of Sanle boards is stable and will not bend or deform.

Thermal Insulation and Sound Insulation
Low thermal conductivity, good heat insulation, high in density, sound proof

Light weight & High strength
Pressured by 5000-ton hydraulic machine, it is high in strength and light in weight. It is not easy to deform and bend, and good for flooring and roofing.

Easy installation
The installation of boards is dry operation, which is faster. It can be processed with ordinary wood working tool. The board is easy to be processed.

Economical and Good looking
The boards are light in weight. Together with the use of keels, they can save cost of construction and decoration. The painting is uniform, and the surface is smooth, making the exterior of buildings good-looking and attractive.

Safe and Harmless
Test result of Sanle boards is better than national radiation protection standards of building materials. The radiation from Sanle boards is equal to that from the lawn 20 meters away from the building. The lifespan of Sanle boards is very long, and they are resistant to acid and alkali, moisture and insects. The toughness and strength remains the same when time passes by. So they can be used for a long time.

Easy to install and easy to replace
Sanle boards can be drilled, cut, engraved, nailed, painted and covered by tiles or sticker when necessary..

Q:tile flooring on a cement slab?
Unless your concrete is already cracked you shouldn,t have any problem. I would make sure no ground water was allowed to accum. near the walls especially if you have no footing under your breezeway slab The heating mat. is a good idea. I would go right over the slab with the mat and porc. tile. Good luck ,and have fun
Q:Pain Due to being on Cement floors or no?
Hi there: I know this the floors will just kill my feet when working on cement. You have a fine day..
Q:I would like to install hard wood floors, over cement floors.?
it can be done as stated above but it is not practical , if they ever have to bust up the slab for water or sewage problems the floor is gone ..
Q:Light steel keel cement board is what
Light steel keel cement board refers to the light steel keel-based skeleton of the cement board.
Q:I use the card light steel keel to do the wall and ceiling, do not want to be fooled, seeking the experience of the people advise
Ming ceiling generally use U50 or U38 main dragon, vice dragon directly with T-keel instead, hanging pieces hanging on the main keel, and then with the big T1200 * 600 or small T600 * 600 keel, the main material using calcium calcium gypsum board, mineral wool Plate, calcium silicate board; Wall and general steel keel, U75 with C75, high height of the large area with U100, the main material with gypsum board, calcium silicate board, fiber cement board; Do not know can give me a private letter, and the other if the use of aluminum ceilings, pay attention to the requirements of the thickness, check the national standard, 1.2,1.0,0.9,0.8 ... ... different thickness, the price difference is not more than a large part of it
Q:Do I need plywood and cement board or just cement board?
You don't need either if the concrete is smooth & level; just properly troweled cement. If the concrete is not smooth, lay a plywood sub-floor, then cement the tile down. Cement board is used on walls for ceramic tile, when water is present.
Q:Can I ceramic tile on a subfloor and 1/2" plywood and get a long-lasting floor? or must use cement board?
Plywood, yes. OSB, no. Backerboard, no... and here's why: deflection standards. The 1 1/8 thickness you achieve by adding a plywood subfloor brings it up to acceptable level. Common misconception in the industry that backerboard adds to the structural integrity, when in reality, its primary purpose is to provide a good substrate for the thinset to bond to. However, plywood is suitable if you use the proper thinset (important). Since the house is older, I would also recommend an anti-fracture membrane atop the subfloor.
Q:Can veneer cement board be on the floor?
can! VIVA wood fiber cement board can be widely used in interior walls, walls, partitions, floors, ceilings, furniture and so on.
Q:I have 9 asbestos tile on concrete floor. Can I put cement board over tile this then install ceramic tile?
Yes,be sure asbestos tile is as flat as possible and be sure to screw down boards correctly. For best results, pull up tile.
Q:What is the correct process for installing cement board/water proof barrier in a shower?
I normally install green board to the studs tape the seams and the corners and then install the wonder board over the green board. This gives a float look and a full one inch barrier. it also brings the wonder board out far enough so I can drop over the lip edge. I space the wonder board 1/8 to 1/4 from bottom I silicone seal the bottom edge to the tub/shower pan I silicone seal the outside edge to the wall and the bottom edge to the floor. I run a thin bead from the bottom of both corners maybe 12 inches up. I use proper screws ( rock on ) and plenty of them. then tile I would never use an enclosure as the wear with time and look cheap. the seams are problematic and tend to leak over time and might be the source of your problem good luck
