surface treatment copper

Grade:A

Dia.ranges: 0.5mm ~ 10mm

Advantages:

Characteristics:felixable,mostly used

Easy installation,

enough strong and much more flexible than many types of cable.

High breaking strength,

protective performance is good

good flexibility, high temperature resistance,

erosion endurance, anti-fatigue and long serving life.

Production can be based on DIN, BS, MIL-W-834200 etc.

All wires in all strands have the same or similar core. FC is fiber core.

Q:Wire tension physics question?
Problem 1: If the tension in the two wires are equal, the angle they make with the horizontal must also be equal. Always remember that a horizontal line is a straight angle; hence, it has a measurement of 180°. Let's look for the angle the wires make with the horizontal. 130 + x + x = 180 130 + 2x = 180 2x = 180 - 130 2x = 50 (Divide both sides by 2) x = 25° Each wire makes a 25° angle with the horizontal. We can now find the tension. The mass must be divided by 2. Using trigonometry, let's find the tension force. The divided weight of the lamp shall be the opposite side, and the tension force shall be the hypotenuse. sin 25° = (200 / 2) / Ftens Ftens = 100 / sin 25° Ftens = 236.62 N (Answer) The tension is 236.62 N in each wire. Problem 2: We use the same approach. 100 + x + x = 180 100 + 2x = 180 2x = 180 - 100 2x = 80 (Divide both sides by 2) x = 40° Each wire makes a 40° angle with the horizontal. Calculate the tension force. sin 40° = (200 / 2) / Ftens Ftens = 100 / sin 40° Ftens = 155.57 N (Answer) The tension is 155.57 N in each wire. Hope this helps!
Q:Power wire ground wire and speaker wire please answerrrrr?
Power wire only has to be long enough to get from the battery to the amp with an inline fuse close to the battery. (within 18) Ground wire should be no longer than 2feet from the amp to chasis. 8 gauge is good but may be overkill for some speakers. If your speaker doesnt call for 8 gauge wire, then use a smaller gauge. If your speaker does need 8gauge wire, make sure the amp can accept this size
Q:Does ground wire need 2b copper?
Radio Shack's hookup wire is copper, but it may be tinned so it has a silver/chrome color instead of a copper color. Tinned wire is more expensive but is also more resistant to corrosion. Braided wire is more flexible than solid wire, but either will do the job. The only real important consideration is the gauge of the wire. You want to make sure your new ground wire is at least as thick as the old one.
Q:Twist-On Wire Connector wiring harness?
Professional installers never use twist-on wire nuts for car audio wiring. They're fine for connecting solid wires in home wiring, but they're not made for connecting multi-strand wires in an environment with as much vibration as a vehicle. Eventually they'll fall off and you'll have a short circuit. You can use crimp-on barrel connectors, crimp bell caps, or solder your connections and cover them with shrink tubing or high-quality electrical tape. (Never use cheap electrical tape to insulate a connection--it will turn brittle and fall off over time). I like to use crimp caps.
Q:wiring diagram for hunter ceiling fan?
I don't believe that such a thing exists. What is your question specifically? Are you installing a remote receiver inline? If so, the wires should be individually labed. Connect the white wire coming from the ceiling to the white wire labeled 'line' or 'to supply'; connect the black wire coming from the ceiling to the black wire labeled 'line' or 'to supply'; connect the green wire from the fan, green wire from the mouth, and the green or bare copper wire coming from the ceiling (if there is one) together; connect the white wire coming from the fan to the white wire labeled 'load' or 'to fan'; connect the black wire coming from the fan to the black wire labeled 'load' or 'to fan'; if you're installing a light kit on this fan, connect the extra wire, which is probably either black with white stripes or red, to the wire labeled 'to light'
Q:For subs does wiring size matter?
you can try Rockford Fosgate web site for wire calculation. just enter your best guess.
Q:tach wire for a 02 jimmy (remote starter)?
The white wire to the coil is the tach wire. If you have the 4.3L,there is a white wire with a black tracer from the ignition control module to the coil. If that doesn't help,on the PCM,in the red connector, terminal 10 is the tach wire from the PCM to the Instrument cluster, this wire is also white.
Q:Question about copper wire?
Enamel covered usually means magnet wire, the enamel insulation is super thin, all but invisible, this is used for making very tight windings where the packing of the windings produces strong magnetic fields, or strong emf response to changes in magnetic field, and the voltage difference between adjacent windings is low enough to allow this type of wire. There are sources for magnet wire on the internet, and Radio Shack sells Three Packs of 3 commonly used gauges of magnet wire.
Q:califronia electrical code - box wiring?
no. the number of wires in the box is restricted based on the volume of the box but the number of wires entering a knock out is restricted by the size of the conduit or the cable type connected to the knock out.
