Product Description:

Ball Valve For Heating Supply

Product Description of Ball valve for heating supply:

Technical introduction

The ball valve is designed as fully welded structure, which can prevent the leakage of medium.
The valve seat is floating and spring-loade.The seal is made of soft seal materials of PTFE+20%C and Viton B.The seat is tightly abutted against the ball surface by the pressure of a spring,so that even if the media is in low pressure,a reliable sealing can be assured for the ball valve.Double piston effect and double seal(two-seal seat)are adopted in specially designed valve seat to realize double sealing, which makes the tightness of the ball valve more advantageous and the operation easier.
A floating ball is adopted for DN15-DN200,and a stem and trunnion ball is adopted for DN200 and above, which can ensure the accurate position of different size ball.In other words, the sealing performance, low torque valve and operability can be guaranteed.
The sealing of the stem is fulfilled by two replaceable O-rings and packing consisting of PTEE+20%C or flexible graphite,as the packing seal material,is fire proof effect, and is specially suitable for fuel gas systems.
The materials used for the valve body and pipelines are the same(carbon steel or SS steel),valve body and stem adopt SS steel and the packing adopts PTEE+20%C which is corrosion-resistance or flexible graphite.

Design Features  of Ball valve for heating supply:

Features and Applications

Raymond's fully welded ball valve for heating supplyand Fuel Gas systemare used to control the flow at fully open or closed position, not regulate the flow.Only special types of ball valves can realize the flow regulation. Therefore, our welded ball valves can satisfy the requirements of heating systems,e.g:
Main pipelines of heating equipment
Cross channels of heating pipes
Heat exchanger station and any long distance operating station,e.g:
For the transmission of hot water and two kinds of mixed media(water, air or natural gas),limited to Max.4.0MPa and 200°C.
For the transmission of natural gas and one medium, from -30°C to 60°C,and even up to 150°C using specially designed ball valves.
Coal gas pipelines, trunk and the branch supply lines.

Q:My second valve on my French horn is coming up slowly?
Your second valve sounds like its gummed up. This can happen when the slide grease from your slides is washed into your valve. The greasy valve moves ok when there is lots of kerosene like oil to lubricate it, but when that oil dries out you end up with a slow moving valve. I had to remove my valves completely and clean them thoroughly to relieve my slow valves condition. Another less likely scenario is your valve spring is weak, or the valve string is not tight enough, but its much more likely that its due to insufficient oiling and/or a gummed up valve.
Q:French Horn Valve Compression?
If you like how it plays you might just wish to leave it alone. Anything you do is going to change the way it plays, perhaps to something you don't like. Check compression by pulling the valve slide part way out, wait a second or two and then push the key, as the air fills up the partial vacuum cause by pulling the slide you should hear a nice thunk. If there is no noise when you push the valve the air is leaking around the valve and that's bad compression. Another way to check is just slowly withdraw the valve slide. It should get harder as you pull due to the vacuum, if it comes all the way out it should pop.
Q:Should I have this shutoff valve replaced?
I would do a little more trying to get the nut on straight. Turn it counter-clockwise until it drops a little bit. Then turn it clockwise. Question to ask yourself is, how long will it take you to get to the main house shutoff valve if the nut lets go? You should be able to replace just the one faucet for less than $10.
Q:any way to treat aortic stenosis besides valve replacement surgery?
a balloon valvuloplasty is usually only an option for youth or critically ill because the older you are the shorter time the valve will stay open for, so it only buys you some time.. Valve replacements or if possible valve repair are the only possible treatments at this time. You ask your cardiologist if minimally invasive surgery would be an option for you though since that would give you a shorter recovery period, and less pain and smaller scar.
Q:1.positive valve rotator help burn exhaust valves? 2.valve rotator are used on in intake valve? T or F?
Valve rotators are just that, they cause the valves to rotate during operation preventing wear in only one spot there by extending the life of the valve and the valve seats.
Q:Hot Water Heater Pressure Valve?
Pressure Valve Water Heater
Q:replacing a faucet, but i have a broken hot water valve?
You do not need to empty the water heater. Just shut off a valve at the heater and that will shut off all the hot water in your home. Do not empty water heater. I would also recommend a new shut off valve for the future.
Q:asymmetrical two way valve supplier?
Valve company has been able to fulfill the requirements of its customers according to the highest standards, and always consider the customer satisfaction, so we would be grateful to receive their viewpoints and comments. So we also hope to contact us if they need further information, confirmation on any product. Please note that according to continually work on improving our products, all products materials, specification, dimensions, and etc. listed are subject to change without notice.
Q:ac replacement valve?
The valve itself is only a couple dollars. Some shops have a tool that will let them replace a valve without dumping the charge but since its likely low you will likely also have to pay the regular AC service fee which is usually $50-100 plus parts and refrigerant.
Q:Valves and cylinders?
For basic internal combustion you only need two valves, one for intake and one for exhaust. The four strokes are referring to the piston moving up and down in the cylinder, one to take in gas and air, one to compress the mixture, one during combustion and one during exhaust. Common cylinder amounts for cars are 4, 6, and 8. Some Volvos had five cylinders, and exotics can have more than 8. Modern engines can have more than two valves per cylinder but the standard is still two, so if you have 12 valves you most likely have a 6 cylinder engine.
